{Xoctts}

The sound of crashing filled the old Castle in the remains of Radiant Garden. The dim light that remained in the former world was fading as Xoctts pushed through the wreckage at one of entrances to the castle. More damage had been done to the castle since the attack on Destiny Islands by dark forces.

And the Betrayal.

Once again, Xoctts cursed the Witch's actions. Why had he trusted her? If he found the Void Witch again, he would avenge the fallen.

Feeling alone and hopeless, Xoctts leaned against a wall and slowly slid down into a sitting position.

 

{Xion}

Sora pushed himself up to his knees, the pain of his wounds nearly causing him to blackout. He looked around as his friends were being hunted down by a laughing figure.

"I'm not going to make it, am I?" He thought.

He looked down to see his wounds. He felt soo tired. But he had to do more.

"Roxas...Xion." He murmured. "This is your fight now."

Sora summoned his Kingdom Key. He turned it so that the blade was pointed towards himself and, like he had done to free Kairi's heart, he stabbed himself.

The point of view seemed to rise up as Sora slumped. He looked up in time to see a grinning face and red blades slashing for him.

"SORA!" Xion screamed as she shot up into a sitting position.

She pulled her legs to her chest and sobbed as the loneliness and sorrow filled her as she sat in the ruins of Twilight Town's Train Station.

"That is quite obvious." Astra said in a calm tone. "The Keyblade Graveyard is where Kingdom Hearts will return."Yuri looked at Astra with a questioning look on her face."How do you know that?""Easy. It is the place were the Keyblade War took place. It is only natural for Kingdom Hearts to appear there."Ainari sighed and looked towards the shore."How did it came to this? The Realm of Darkness was so peaceful before all of this began."The white haired girl shrugged and ruffled Ainari's hair."It matters not. We only have to return the worlds that fell into the Realm of Darkness back into the Realm of Light and everything will be back to normal, right?"The girl in black shook her head and looked at Yuri."I am afraid that won't be the case, Yuri. Before we can return the world to the Realm of Light, we have to fight against Ken and whoever is with him." she said, sounding a little sad. "And even if we win against them, we still have another problem.""And what is that" Yuri asked."The clash between the 7 Guardians of Light and the 13 Seekers of Darkness. It is unavoidable if we want to regain the balance between Light and Darkness.""Aina is right" the silver haired boy said. "Balance must be brought back, even if it means fighting against each other. The 13 Darknesses and the 7 Lights must bring Kingdom Hearts back."Astra then looked at Xion and crossed his arms."If we are going to look for the Princesses of Heart then let us hurry. One of them has the right to wield the Keyblade, but not the other 6. We must make haste to find them."

"Alright." Said Xavvic. "We should split into 2 groups. They've got one user as far as we know. But that does not mean they can't capture them, or that they are any weaker."

Zion frowned softly. "But...where will we find the Princesses of Heart?"

-Well, we can say your princess is...-

"Oi. Shut up." Zion sighed again. "Xion. We need the Light...but remember...darkness itself isn't evil...it is the evil that uses the darkness, that is the real enemy." She smiled. "Sione might be a bitch...my darkness...but she's mine. She's the mirror image of me."

 

Zion flapped her black bat wing. "I am Balance. That is what we need. Balance."

{Ventus}Ven dropped to his knees, looking exhausted. He closed his eyes for a moment, then opened them, determination in his eyes."We find Mercy and rescue her." He said firmly.He got up on his feet, twirling his Keyblade to keep himself pumped up. He couldn't stop being on the move, or his fatigue would overwhelm him."We don't leave our friends in danger." 

"Right! We have to save her! How do you think we are going to find her?" Kazuto asked.

Karen and Xterly are seen leaning on a wall, thinking about what has happened just now. Master Thomas clenches a fist as he thinks of what Vanfore did just now. He isn't happy that he took Mercy while the fight was going on. Tyler looks at Ventus and nods at him as he looks on at him with a stern look on his face. "Right, where should we start looking?" Asked Tyler, asking Ventus a question.

{Xion}

Xion looked confused for a moment then nodded.

"You're right." She said, talking to Zion. "Light isn't the only way."

"Why was I so fixated on the Princesses?" She thought.

She put a hand to her head and shook her head slightly. Maybe she was still adjusting to being on her own again. Still, the Princesses were important.

"It may be more difficult then that." She replied to Astra. "We don't know if any of the Princesses we knew are still alive. Kairi was with Sora when Lacuna attacked. And Sora met a new Princess before that. Her name was Mercy."

The replica sighed.

"We could be looking for entirely new faces."

Xion looked worried for a moment, then relaxed a little.

"But we should still be able to find them as they should be some of the few people to still be able to use Light here. Especially difficult stuff like..."

Xion's voice trailed off as her gaze slowly drifted back to Zion.

"Like making a Light portal."

She stared at Zion for a moment, then shook herself.

"Xavvic, if you could go ahead and scout Radiant Garden to see if we have any friends or enemies there. Anyone who wants to, to with him. I...I need to stay here and see if Zion is a Princess of Heart."

 

{Ventus}

Ven deflated a bit with the questions from Kazuto and Tyler.

"I'm not sure." He admitted. "I know I could feel that thing's Darkness if we were close, but I don't know where to start."

He thought a moment.

"Riku talked about being able to use darkness to follow someone's 'scent.'"

He looked to Master Thomas.

"Can we do something like that with Light?"

Ven slumped a little.

"Cause if not, we will need to find a dark Wielder who will help us."

 

{Xemnas}

Xemnas worked in his lab on several devices at once. He knew that for the worlds to be put right, he would need all the pieces to be in place. That meant finding all the pieces. At least the Princesses of Heart were a more or less fixed variable.

The Superior paused at the feeling of Darkness and turned to see Ansem, his Heartless counterpart, step from a portal into the lab. Xemnas studied Ansem for a moment then let out a sigh.

"Good to see your run in with the Void Witch wasn't as fatal as I had thought." He said.

Ansem returned Xemnas's gaze a moment long before speaking.

"I definitely wasn't expecting her to-" the Heartless began, but was waved into silence by The Superior.

"We can discuss Lacuna's tactics later, Ansem. Now, we have other work to do."

Ansem's eyes narrowed a moment, then he nodded.

Master Thomas folds his arms as he looks on at Ventus sternly. He let's out a sigh as he thinks about what to say. "There once were a group who opposed the one who used to be my friend, Xecracus, and his Heartless and Nobody, Xatsuno and Xetrodon... They were known as "The Seven Emperors Of Divine Light", they were a group of seven powerful Guardians Of Light who were the defenders of the World in their age of Time, they each had Pure Hearts Of Pure Light, and had the power to sense Darkness, even to where it is to a degree... However, they all died out in the final battle of the First Keyblade War, with their leader, Nasch, bringing forth the Light that put the World it is today, shining like Stars in the sky, by placing the Seven pieces of Light into seven young children, and sealed away the Thirteen pieces of Darkness when the World fell to Darkness, and he died after his sacrifice... So, that is out of our reach unless we search for their descendants... Or we may need to look for a Dark Wielder..." Said Master Thomas, talking to Ventus. Tyler and Karen listen on to Master Thomas' explanation, as they strangely clutch their chests, feeling a pain in their Hearts. It's almost as though they've heard of the tale before, but they shrug the thought off, deciding that it wasn't important right now.

"Alright." Xavvic got up. He bushed some sand off of his clothes, and created a portal. "I hope we meet again." He stepped through.

(Who is at Raidant Garden?)

-Wait. Zion, a princess? Oh god. Please no pink.-

"Uh. How can I be a Princess? I wasn't exactly born pure of heart. It sort of happened..." she shifted from foot to foot. "But hey. Any excuse to stay with you." She teased, sticking her tongue out at Xion playfully.

Master Thomas folds his arms as he looks on at Ventus sternly. He let's out a sigh as he thinks about what to say. "Different faces, same Light"Astra said while looking at Xion. Yuri and Ainari on the other side looked at Astra."What is that supposed to mean?" Yuri asked."No matter if we are looking for the same princesses or another new group of them. Their Light will be the same"Ainari nodded and smiled."Then it's settled. We have to find the new Princesses of Heart""Xavvic, if you could go ahead and scout Radiant Garden to see if we have any friends or enemies there. Anyone who wants to, to with him. I...I need to stay here and see if Zion is a Princess of Heart."The silver haired boy looked when Xavvic opened a portal and left to Radiant Garden."I will go with him. Yuri and Ainari, both of you stay here with Xion. I don't want to leave all of them alone."The boy in the black coat turned around and walked into the portal made by Xavvic.

(Uh well, Kazuto can use Darkness, so if i know where we're going, i can have him volunteer to find Mercy!)

(Sure.)

Kazuto stepped up to Ventus. "Well.....I can use the darkness." He held out his palm and darkness began to swirl in it. Kazuto then fired it into the air, and it exploded as a dark fire move, and vanished into nothing. "I can help us find Mercy." (Ok Rikunobody or Tom, just send me a PM on where to go and i'll have kazuto take us there.)

(Who is at Raidant Garden?)

(Me with Ventus, spider with Kazuto and Tom with Thomas, Karin, Tyler and Xterly.){Ventus}Ven looked confused at Master Thomas's explanation but brightened up at Kazuto's offer."Thanks." He said. "Once we-"A portal opened close by, with Xavvic and Astra exiting. Ven turned and tightened his grip on his Keyblade, but didn't go into a battle position."Hello?" He called out.{Xion}"I..I don't know." Xion stammered to Zion's question about being a Princess. "I'm probably wrong."She got a distant, worried look on his face. "How did I even make the connection?" She whispered to herself. She stared off for a moment then blinked. She looked confused for a moment, then smiled at Zion. "I'm not sure of any tests to see if you are a Princess of Heart, but there has to be something on it in Yen Sid's tower or Disney Castle."

Master Thomas looks on at Xawic and Astra with a stern look on his face. Xterly, Karen, and Tyler also look on at Xawic and Astra. They are wondering who they are. They fold their arms as they look on at them. "Who are you?!" Asked Master Thomas, asking Xawic and Astra a question.

{Astra}"Hello?" A voice said.Astra looked at the owner of the voice and stared at him for a few seconds."Greetings." he said while moving his eyes towards Ven's Keyblade and then looking at Master Thomas, Xterly, Karen, and Tyler. "There is no need to start a fight, right?"The boy in the black coat took off his hood, revealing his silver hair and gold eyes to the group."My name is Astra and he is Xavvic "Astra said while pointing at Xavvic. "We came here by the suggestion of a Keyblade Wielder named Xion looking for friends or enemies in Radiant Garden."{Yuri and Ainari}"So...are we going to one of those places?" Yuri asked.Ainari looked at Xion and nodded."Yen Sid's tower would be my first choice, since it is a smaller world compared to that of Disney Castle."The girl in black crossed her arms and smiled."The Mysterious Tower is, or was? the home of former Keyblade Master Yen Sid, I am sure there is bound to be something in there that could help us."The white haired girl shrugged and nodded."Then it is your choice Xion. Where do you want to go first? The Mysterious Tower or Disney Castle?"

"Works for me Xion." The golde-haired girl said. "And Sione, don't you dare. I'm watching you."

-Meanie.-

Zion giggled. "So...I guess its your show. Personally I'd go to Disney Castle, as the Cornerstone of Light should have kept the world reasonably defended from the Heartless."

"Yes." Said Xavvic "Once we get a good team, we are going to search for the princess of heart." He eyed Ven's blade. "And we won't get anything done if we keep our blades up..."

{Ventus}

Ven relaxed a little at Astra's introduction.

"Good to meet both of you." He greeted. "I'm Ven."

He dismissed his Keyblade and smiled apologetically at Xavvic.

"Sorry about that. Most things that just pop up tend to want to kill you."

The young Keyblade Wielder's eyes brightened.

"It is a good thing you guys are here. A friend of ours, named Mercy, was kidnapped. She is a princess of heart."

"People show up who want to look for the princesses after we've lost one." Ven thought. "Did they know? And Xion. I know that name. But from where?"

 

{Xion}

"I had forgotten about the Cornerstone." Xion admitted. "That could keep us safe long enough to find what we are looking for."

She nodded to herself.

"Okay, we will go to Disney Castle. We might try to see if we can use the Cornerstone to make the Castle another safe Haven or move it somewhere we can use it."

She smiled a little.

"Hopefully, the library wasn't too damaged by the fall."

Xion turned and concentrated. A point of darkness formed and blossomed into a Dark Corridor.

"I knew I could still do it." She said. "Let's go."

 

{Mercy}

Mercy fought the haze in her head to regain consciousness. Her whole body felt like pins and needles. She managed to open up an eye and immediately wished she hadn't. Surrounding her was what looked like an insect hive. Golden multifaceted eyes peered at her from dark holes. She managed to look down at her body to see it was wrapped up tight in black goo, trapping her to a wall.

"Ah, you are awake." A finger-nail-on-chalk-board voice hissed.

Mercy looked up to see Vanfore stalking towards her.

"What..." She managed, but her throat was too dry to continue.

"Light is dead." The dark creature taunted. "You are an ember of it that needs to be extinguished."

Vanfore's normal hand contorted and flowed for a moment till it settled down in the form of wicked claws.

"Now you die." It hissed gleefully.

Mercy's heart nearly stopped as she saw it shoot out its claws straight for her throat. She blinked a moment later, surprised she was still alive. A hand appeared in front of the claws and stopped it. Mercy's heart sank as she saw who her savior was.

"I thought we agreed that Miss lightbulb here was the perfect bait to get all the other little lights where we can wipe them out." Lacuna said sweetly to Vanfore. "Which means, for best effect, we need her alive and unharmed."

"Yet." Vanfore growled.

The Void Witch sighed.

"Yes, yes. 'Yet.'"

Xavvic sighed. "I knew they would do something like this. Just because they have one keyblade weirder does not mean..." He rubbed his temple.

{Ventus}Ven relaxed a little at Astra's introduction."Good to meet both of you." He greeted. "I'm Ven."He dismissed his Keyblade and smiled apologetically at Xavvic."Sorry about that. Most things that just pop up tend to want to kill you."The young Keyblade Wielder's eyes brightened."It is a good thing you guys are here. A friend of ours, named Mercy, was kidnapped. She is a princess of heart.""People show up who want to look for the princesses after we've lost one." Ven thought. "Did they know? And Xion. I know that name. But from where?" 

Kazuto looked at Ventus. "A princess of heart? What is a princess of heart? I've heard rumors about Xehanort looking for them during the keyblade war, but that's all i know."

Master Thomas looks at Xawic and Astra with a stern look on his face. "My name is Master Thomas, I'm a Keyblade Master, we were just recovering from an attack made by Darkshionus, no Xatsuno... And we are still looking for someone using Darkness to go after Vanfore to get Mercy back... She's one of the new Princesses Of Heart, some of the old ones perished..." Said Master Thomas, talking to Xawic and Astra. Suddenly, a Corridor of Light opens up in the sky, Master Thomas, Tyler, Xterly, and Karen look up at the sky in surprise. A young man wearing a silver-colored outfit and white-colored gloves floated slowly out of the Corridor of Light and slowly lands on the ground. "Greetings, fellow Keyblade Wielders, I am Tom... I am a Keyblade Wielder just like you... I've come to assist in this battle..." Said Tom, introducing himself.  Tyler and Karen look at Tom, and they suddenly clench their chest, feeling slight familiarity from Tom.

"Tom and Ken..." Xavvic said dismissively "Names for children are getting more silly..." He turned to Tom "Do you have any information?"

Kazuto finally got fed up waiting. "HEY EVERYONE, JUST STOP AND LISTEN!!!!! I TOLD YOU GUYS ALREADY THAT I CAN TRACK DOWN MERCY. WHAT'RE DOING JUST WAITING HERE? FOR ALL WE KNOW, MERCY COULD BE GETTING TORTURED AND SHE COULD BE DYING!!!! WE HAVE TO GO AND SAVE HER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, REMEMBER GUYS!!!" He was panting after that outburst.

"And what?" Said Xavvic "get ourselves killed? You guys don't look in the best of shape right now."
