Yes you do.  I was looking it up recently because I am thinking about getting the game.

 

 Here is what is posted on the site for the subscription fees:

 

Entry 30 days $12.99, Standard 30 days $14.99, 90 days $13.99, 180 days $12.99 

 

I copied and pasted it right off of the north american site.  It did not work very well.
