Okay heres the story...

 

Apparently everytime I have a family gathering my relatives all say I look skinny and not eating enough. I eat 3 healthy meals everyday and I never skip out on meals - I do avoid things like snacks and sweets except for occasional treats and I very rarely drink carbonated water (opt for tea instead) except for functions or outings.

 

So - the story is because of these allegations my parents are now apparently wanting me to incorporate more butter/margerine in my diet as well as making me drink sustagen/ensure...etc (Mind you, I puked the last time I drank Sustagen...I cannot swallow that stuff and the taste is horrid - what is wrong with Soy milk or normal Milk? Why do they have to mix it with enhancing powders). They also encouraging me to eat more of everything.

 

I mean, I'm not a slob who pigs out on junk food all the time neither am I the gym-junkie who religiously adheres to an exercise regimen (no offense, I happen to be friends with both couch-potatoes and gym-junkies and they happen to be awesome people), I like to go jogging every now and then to keep fit - I am just me. I don't have anorexia as some of my relatives incorrectly think I have - I mean seriously...I work in a Hospital as a health care professional, I think I would know if I had an eating disorder, plus my BMI is in the healthy range.

 

I think what they want is for me to build more muscle mass to change my stature, but I don't give a crap about pumping iron or having a six-pack. I mean I don't have a six-pack but its not like I have a beer gut T_T. Anyway thats besides the point.

 

I just don't get Asian families. Call me crazy, but today after work I ranted to a random cat on the street who simply purred at me and became my cuddle buddy (I give my thanks to the owner of the cat whoever you are).

 

Times like these, I really do feel like only cats will ever understand me, always has been that way since I was a kid ~ and 20 years later its still the same.

Yeah! You're right - I'll do just that! Scew what other people think!

Maybe you could keep a food diary for a few weeks and them show it to them so they can see what and how much you do eat everyday.  Myfitnesspal is a good internet one, but just writing it down is fine too.

mehh just do whatever you think is right! And your lifestyle is so healthy, so I think you shouldn't change it ;3;

If you are happy with how you look and feel, than that's all that matters.

Considering your diet sounds fine(to me a little skimpy, but that's because I'm a larger guy(approaching 6"2', only being 16 and I am 282lbs). Your diet sounds fine since the most you ever do for exercise is a jog on occasion, and that you don't try to build muscle, so as long as your not skin and bones(which would mean you may just want to add some form of supplement to help you fill out, if anything) you're good.
