Apparently NZ is one of the most secular countries now...

Gotta live up to my name. I don't really care about people's religion or lack there of, but I found this interesting. The number of people with no religion = 1.6 millionThe number of Christians = 1.9 millionTotal = 4.3 million. It's the first time since our country was founded that the number of Christians is less than 50%.The Census is kinda biased, though, as "no religion" includes: atheism, agnosticism, non-denominational theism/deism, etc.Sadly, our government doesn't acknowledge "beer," or "rugby" as religions. Or my answer of Yevenism.

Oh, well, there's always the next Census, right? xD

Put your religion as Jedi

I always find stuff like this interesting. I wonder if it has more to do with the location and how those people change their minds over time, or whether the science in school is presented in such a way that kids just don't grow up believing in it.

Shoulda put pastafarian.  A man got to wear a colander on his head in his passport photo as a religious symbol because he's a pastafarian.

Unfortunately, our government doesn't consider those real religions (Jediism and Pastafarianism). They know that 99% of the time it's just people trolling... We don't have many people who care enough to stir up a controversy but it is pretty disrespectful, since they included Satanism, even though half of the people who say they are Satanists don't actually believe in Satan : and Scientology.
