It is the second day at Beacon, you are on the cliffs with a bunch of strangers...or friends (decide amongst yourselves) and are about to start your very first trial: falling.  Crazy old Ozpin is telling everyone to have a landing strategy.  It is up to you to take the first step.  Begin!

 

 

Ozpin and Glynda's speech:

 

 

Everyone currently stood on the cliffs, standing on some kind of platform.  For some reason, each platform having the school's insignia.  Ozpin and Ms. Goodwitch were standing before them, it was kind of exciting and nerve racking all at the same time.  What were they going to tell the students.

 

"For years you have trained to become warriors," the gray haired man began, as he addressed all the students.  "Today, your abilities will be evaluated in the Emerald Forest.""Now," Glynda continued, "I'm sure many of you have heard rumors about the assignment of teams.  Well, allow us to put an end to your confusion.  Each of you will be given teammates, today.""These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time, here at Beacon.  So it is in your best interest to be paired with someone whom you can work well.  That being said, first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner for the next four years."

 

There were an abundant of reactions, ranging from both sides of the spectrum.  It would continue for the rest of the authority figures' speech.  Regardless, Ozpin continued."After you've partnered up, make your way to the northern end of the forest.  You will meet opposition along the way.  Do not hesitate to destroy everything in your path or you will die.  You will be monitored and graded for the duration of the initiation, but our instructors will not intervene.  You will find an abandoned temple at the end of the path containing several relics.  Each pair must choose one and return to the top of the cliff.  You will guard that item, as well as your standing, and we will grade you appropriately.  Are there any questions?"

 

 

 

And with those last couple of words, one by one everyone prepared to be tossed into the air.  Whether anyone responded or not, did not matter.  Ozpin already had a set answer.

 

"Good.  Now, take your positions."For some reason, someone always had a question about the landing strategy and so the gray haired man answered accordingly.

 

"No, you will be falling,"

"Oh great, some guy is asking questions," Haru thought.  "What an idiot."

"No, you will be using your own landing strategy."

 

And with that, everyone was tossed into the air.  Haru, felt very natural in the air, holding his backpack as he flipped and twisted a couple times, somehow avoiding mysteriously placed crows. *cough* Monty *cough*  He decided to try and stay in the air for as long as possible, it seemed fun that way.  He spread his arms in the air, picking up a bountiful of air resistance."This is great!" the white haired boy yelled out, diverting some of the other first years' attention.

 

He looked around to see the possible competition, as well as teammates.

 

"Now which one of you are my future teammates?"

 "You don't have to curtsy, it lmakes you look like you're weaker than me which is not true. Anyway, yea lets go." While they were walking past the classrooms, Aria was skeptical why Sora was so polite all the time. 'I wonder if it's the maid outfit, was she an actual maid back home?' Finally, they arrived at their room and with their key, Aria and Sora entered into the room. "Oh cool bunk beds!" Aria ran over to one of the two bunk beds and jumped into the soft, welcoming blankets. "I've never slept in a bunk bed before," Her eyes searched the room finding it to be rather simple with a couple desks for her teammates. After checking on the beds, she took out her stuff from her back pack. "Since the other bunk bed are for our other two teammates, lets start decorating a bit." Aria grinned.

Sora didn't even get a chance to reply before Aria ran off. Sighing, she hurried after her and finally stopped.

"I work at a Maid Cafe, Aria." She said. "Its why I wear this...I grew so attached to it." She blushed, her tail swishing. "And...curtsying doesnt hide strnlength...for me, it is respect and natural to curtsy. If people underestimate me, then i cannot be held accountable for the murder of their pride." She giggled softly. "So...yeah...I can have top bunk, right?" She asked softly, stepping forward.

chase shook his head and groaned alittle bit." i have a bad headache already and i didn't grab my pills" chase said. he held hsi head and leaned againest the wall. soon there was a loud scream through out the hall. chase pushed his ears down as a few tears streamed down his face. " shut up please" chase whispered desperately as the screams in his head got louder. by now chase was bent ove ron his knees whispering pleas and crying.

Veronica wasn't sure what to say to help. Luckily their room wasn't too far from their current location. She ran back.

Alvis was surprised to see her. "Back already?"

Veronica grabbed Chase's pills and showed them.

"Crap." Alvis got out of bed and followed Veronica back out. Luckily, Chase was right where she left him.

"Here, Chase," she said, holding out the pills to the boy.

chase grabbed the bottle gratefully and opened it quickly. he took one of the pills and layed back againest the wall wiping away tears. " t-thanks veronica sorry for bugging you with that" he said standing up. the voices died down as the pill took full affect causing him to smile. " i don't care whether or nit hates are allowed anymore" chase whispered walking back to the room. he grabbed the hat on his bed adn slipped it on his ears poking through the regular shape.

 "Ah so that's why! That just answered most of my questions, you're really strong aren't you? Actually, what am I saying? You are strong, tough as nails," Aria laughed. "Also sure you can have the top bunk, I was about to ask if I could have the bottom anyways." She picked up her clothes from her backpack and stuffed them into a drawer. "So this cafe, does it make really delicious food?" Aria's stomach rumbled a bit loudly as she cursed herself for skipping lunch due to her injury with the Nevermore.

Sora nodded.

"I sometimes cook for the cafe, when one of our cooks are out." She added. Putting her things away, she climbed onto the bunk. She sat with her legs dangling.

"So...what decorations do you have?"

Yuki entered the groups room, Davis wasn't there.

"H-Hello! I am Yuki. Nice to meet you guys." She said to Sora and Aria.

Her cat ears twitched atop her head. She'd have to change into a school uniform soon enough, all of them would.

 

(You'll be controlling the teachers )

 

Haru laid in the hospital room's bed, bored and annoyed.  When was he going to get out?  How would he tell the group the news?  These were the questions plaguing his mind.  He'd have a whole month to just boggle his brain and it killed him.

 Aria's stomach rumbled some more at the thought of a chef cooking some delicious food but she snapped out of trance.  "Decorations well...I have a couple posters and banners but I stink when it comes to designing." She laughed nervously as she tossed each item one by one on her bed. Suddenly the door opened and their other teammate walked in and introduced herself. Noticing the cat ears, Aria grinned, happy she found another Faunus. "Yo, I'm Aria, we never really introduced ourselves have we?"

Sora pulled her dress down to avoid giving Yuki a peepshow.

"Hi." She said softly. "I'm Sora." Her fox ears stood a bit straighter. "I guess they put all the Faunus together."

(I PM'd him lol.  Anyways guys, remember, Beacon is like a college.  Everyone can have different classes and stuff.  Colleges are really flexible, so one person can have class while the other doesn't.  Anyways, if you wanna move along with your own time, I suggest you don't take classes with many other people as that requires them reply a lot to you and such.)

Davis was fighting, and fighting well. A few Kings, a few of the wolf-type, nothing spectacular, but he kept running through and fighting what he could, a small group of Ursa's was his next prey. Going into gauntlet mode, he used King's Gash to brat the Ursa's pretty badly, shooting two of them in the eyes with the shotgun shells, then the other one he cut off the arms of with ease. "Damn, weaklings..."

"Actually," Alvis said as he looked at his schedule, "my schedule is different. I don't have a class for another couple of hours."

Veronica compared her schedule with his. "Oh... well, I guess that means that you have some time to laze around!"

"Laze around...." Alvis repeated. "What's that supposed to mean?"

"Oh nothing!" Veronica waved it off. "C'mon Chase, let's head to class!"

She made her way to the bottom bunk of the remaining bed. She'd let Davis choose what bunk he would want. Yuki lay down anyway.

"We need decorations...." She stated.

"All I got are some posters..." sora said softly. "I guess that really isn't enough..."
