Please propose any changes here. I think in particular, the Story section needs work.

Information

Hikari is the Main Theme for Re Chain of Memories Japanese version, not Simple and Clean.

In the Story you dont mention the Fight with Axel before the battle with Marluxia.

Rikus Story has gone a bit the wrong way this should fix things up.

Riku encounters Vexen and faces him, Vexen amused leaves. Soon after Riku Encounters the Riku Replica who was created by Vexen.

Later Riku destroys Lexaeus and confronts Zexion, who is destroyed by the Riku Replica under guidance from Axel. Later on the Riku Replica is destroyed by the original.

For Gameplay you should mention Riku has a deck which you can not edit and that it changes through out the game.

Also you should mention that you Unlock Riku (Reverse Rebirth Mode) after you complete Soras Story.

For Development you mention it first began development after Kingdom Hearts 2, it sounds as if your saying Kingdom Hearts 2 was released before they starting Developing the game.

Also Mention it was featured at E3 2004.

For Characters you should also mention characters like Yuffie, Leon, Aerith. As well as all the characters from the Disney worlds.

Chain of Memories has two composers, in addition o Yoko Shimomura, there is also Kaoru Wada.

Hatok where have you come by this information?

Also who is the other one ?

And Hinako_U. They were just Sora's Memories not the real People.

Also i have completed my List of all the Problems with this one above.

It's Kaoru Wada. He/She wrote the 'Memory in Pieces' piece that plays during CoM intro.

Sora96, I have put in your proposed changes, except for the story bit. I'll have one of our project managers write a better one.

Hikanko_U, I don't believe those characters are featured enough to be considered major characters of the game.

hatok, I put in your proposed change.

Shouldn't you say its In Progress, since you need the Story Re Written?

Grammar Errors in order they appear.

Sora, Donald and Goofy, travelling down. You spelled traveling wrong.

They enter Castle Oblivion, and the cloaked figure expains how the castle works. You spelled explains wrong.

Meanwhile, whilst Sora is going up floors in the castle. You might want to change whilst to while. I'm not even sure whilst is a word. Maybe a misspelling?

Riku destroys Lexaeus confronts Zexion, who is destroyed by the Riku Replica under guidance from Axel. The first part does not make sense. Riku destroys Lexaeus confronts Zexion? You might want to make it to, Riku destroys Lexaeus, and later confronts Zexion.

Story: A lot I can add. Ill be working on it now. But here's some things ill say right now. Ill be adding more soon.

Diz guides Riku throughout the castle, teaching him to use darkness and light. And mickey also helps him throughout the castle, but can't reach him as the distance is too far, so mickey becomes a card for riku, and a light in his heart. But mickey eventually reaches riku, before he goes to fight Ansem.

Gameplay:

In Reverse/Rebirth mode, playing as Riku, he can turn into dark form at a certain time during battle. When this happens, you can use different effects with the same cards as you would have with regular form. For example, when in normal form with mickey you can use holy burst, but you can get the same cards in dark form, but will use inverse burst with mickey instead. You might want to mention what the different cards do. Like the basics will do basics, like attack, magic, and item. But you might want to say what that the enemy cards give you special effects during battle, or that friend cards summon that certain card you played and that friend will help attack. Also in reverse/rebirth mode, Riku can break cards where you have to get a number of succesful cards that are higher than the opponents cards. You might want to mention this.

Characters:

Ansem's Heartless is also in the game. The final boss in Riku's story.

You forgot Jimminy Cricket.

Kairi is also mentioned throughout the game in major parts.

Are you including other characters like from the worlds or cards? Like cloud, or characters from disney worlds like Ursula or Pinnochio, or characters from travere town like leon, cid, etc. I can make a list of all the other characters if you'd like. Not a problem at all.

Thanks Dagey

For Characters the Characters from the worlds of their memories are not being added since they are not Major Characters.

baylaust is already re writing the Story for Chain of Memories. You can still do it if you want, but just so you know he is already writing it so dont feel like you need to re write cos no one else is.

They are not really grammar mistakes by Bad Typos. In other words someone hit another key by mistake or didn't hit another key.

Ok and ok. Should I add some more changes that were missed? And ok ill leave the story for baylaust. If there's anything needed for the story after he writes it, ill just add it.

Yeah Dagey that would be great if you could.

Ok cool. I'm quoting this from khwiki, so some of them may have already been said here, but some have not.

Quote from khwiki

Story changes

DChiuch already wrote something like this.

And we dont take anything from other websites for our projects.

As thats stealing, and why would we want to do that anyway? lol.

Oh lol sorry. I thought it was just quoting. But ok

I'll have a crack at it, though it wont be everyone's cup of tea

Set just hours after the world shattering clash with Ansem. Our heroes walk through rows of fields wondering where to search for their missing friends. Pluto appears with a message bearing Mickey's seal. The gang with new found hope rush untill nightfall. Where then Sora wakes to meet a mysterious figure delivering a cryptic message. They depart the fields to a broken land with a twisted castle at road's end and enter.

The gang while inside give new meaning to coincidence by all claiming to believe their friends are here. Jiminy utilising his incredible knack for common sense lets our heroes know that their feeling is beyond coincidence. A man clad in a black trench coat appears and everyone's reaction is to assault him. However the gang realise they cant remember their abilities or magic. The man confims as much and brought cryptic sayings and magical cards aplenty. He tells them to use the cards to unlock truths in Castle Oblivion

Sora and company use the cards to travel to familiar worlds but after going through Traverse Town have no more memory of the other worlds they visited, most notably Deep Jungle which is surprisingly absent. They yet again meet the mysterious figure and notice his penchant for repeating himself. A man who quickly introduces himself as Axel test Sora and grants an A plus advancement through the castle with a disturbing message about Sora's true memories. In between floors the gang ponder the mysterious figure's message about loss being the means to find. As they ascend they realise they're losing even more memories, and when when asking Jiminy for a scance through his chronicles learn that written records of past endeavors have been spirited away. All the while Sora is piece by piece remembering a blonde girl with an extraordinary talent for sketching who lived with him and his friends on Destiny Islands...

Sora's Story:

After the defeat of Ansem, Sora, Donald, and Goofy were wondering what to do next. Sora resolved that they had to find Riku and King Mickey, but Goofy pointed out that they had no clue where to look for them. As the group began to lose hope, they came across Pluto, who was holding a letter with the King's seal on it. The group, with renewed hope, chased Pluto across the endless plains.

Eventually, they lost track of Pluto and fell asleep. Sora woke up in the middle of the night and began to wander around. Suddenly, a cloaked man appeared and told him that he had something Sora needed, but in exchange, "You must lose something that is dear to you..." The man disappeared, and Sora began to follow the path ahead.

The trio came across a huge castle after following the cloaked figure. Suddenly, Sora got a strange feeling inside him that King Mickey and Riku were inside, and wandered in. Once the group was inside, they all realized they had the exact same feeling. Then the cloaked man appeared again, telling them that the place they were in was 'Castle Oblivion'. Sora asked if Riku was inside, and the cloaked man launched himself at Sora, phasing through him. The man then gave Sora a card with a picture of Traverse Town on it. He told Sora to hold the card up to the door, and disappeared.

Sora ventured through the door to find himself in Traverse Town. He then realized that Donald and Goofy were gone. The cloaked man appeared again, and taught Sora how to fight in Castle Oblivion. According to him "Everything here is ruled by cards", and this included combat. After the tutorial, Donald and Goofy appeared again. The cloaked man then let Sora proceed, and disappeared.

Eventually, Sora came across Leon, but he had no idea who Sora was. Despite this, Leon still knew Sora, Donald, and Goofy's names. Yuffie came along and explained that she had the same problem, but they may as well help. With no real choice, Leon taught Sora how to expand his fighting powers through Sleights.

Sora then met up with Leon's gang at their hideout. They all tried to figure out what was going on, and the group had trouble believing that their town was a memory inside this castle. They figured that Sora was the only one that knew what was going on, and decided to trust him.

Eventually, Sora met Cid, who warned them to get out before the bell chimes. Unfourtunately, Sora doesn't, and he's faced with the Guard Armour. After defeating it, Sora departs.

As he enters Castle Oblivion , Sora meets the cloaked man once again. As the hooded figure approached Sora, Axel appeared, saying he wanted a slice of the action. The hooded man gave Axel a card and disappeared. Axel then decided to test Sora to see if he was strong enough to face Castle Oblivion, through combat. Axel was shortly defeated, and he gave a set of world cards to Sora. Axel asked if Sora wanted a hint as to who was most special to him, but Sora said he didn't need any clues. Axel left Sora with a warning: "When your sleeping memories awaken, you may no longer be who you are now."

Sora found himself in Wonderland. The Queen of Hearts was holding Alice on trial in accusations that she stole the queen's memories. Sora found proof that Alice was innocent, but the Queen wouldn't listen. Eventually, Sora and Alice came across the real thief, the Trickmaster, and destroyed it. The Queen of Hearts was trying to remember what she was doing, and Alice took the opportunity to trick her into believing that she had asked Sora to defeat the Trickmaster, saving both of them.

The group progressed through Castle Oblivion. They began to forget the name of the world Hollow Bastion, and the castle they had traveled through before. Jiminy Cricket tried to help the group with his journal, only to discover that everything he had written prior to entering Castle Oblivion was gone.

Sora entered Olympus Colisseum to see that a tournament was being held, and decided to enter. He was put up against the hero Hercules, and the mysterious Cloud. Sora discovered that Cloud was working with Hades to kill Hercules, and Sora fought him off. Sora then discovered that Cloud was fighting to regain his memories, but Hades arrived and betrayed Cloud, attacking the entire group. Sora challenged Hades and defeated him. Cloud, in apology, gave Sora the Cloud Summon card.

Sora got back to Castle Oblivion, still having trouble remembering Hollow Bastion. Goofy said he knew that world was important, because that was where Sora sacraficed himself to save Kairi. Sora then realized that the hooded man said something about 'losing something dear'. Sora and Jiminy figured out that the group was actually losing their memories. It was too late to go back now, so Sora pressed onward.

As the group traveled on, Axel and Larxene watched them from the top of Castle Oblivion. Larxene wondered what Axel found so interesting about Sora. Axel reminded her that whenever someone becomes a Heartless, they lose their mind, anf feelings, becoming consumed by darkness. However, Sora was able to retain his memories and feelings as a Heartless, and only one other man was able to do that. Larxene saw that Axel wanted to know why the Keyblade chose Sora. Axel stated that the Organization's goal was "To unlock the mysteries of the heart.", to which Larxene snickered at.

Sora found himself in a memory version of Agrabah. Aladdin was trying to find a way to make Princess Jasmine fall in love with him, and he desired to use the Genie to help him do it. The Genie was taken by the evil Jafar, and after using his power to make himself a genie, Sora struck him down. Aladdin realized that using magic to make Jasmine fall for him was wrong, and used his last wish to free Genie. As a token of gratitude, Genie gave Sora a summon card, telling him to call him whenever he needed help.

Sora and his friends continued through Castle Oblivion, slowly losing their memories. There was one memory, though, that Sora would hold on to no matter what: his promise to Kairi. He had a vision of himself confirming this promise with Kairi, when he suddenly saw another girl in the background. Though he was confused, Sora had to keep going.

Once he was in Halloween Town, Sora met Jack. Doctor Finkelstein was working on a formula that could allow someone to remember their 'true memories'. This potion was stolen by Oogie Boogie, and before Sora and Jack could get it back, Oogie chugged the entire thing. Horrified by what he was remembering, Oogie freaked out, unable to handle his 'true memories' and was defeated by Sora. Dr. Finklestein wished to make another potion, as it was a success, but Sora instead chose to deny this offer.

Back in Castle Oblivion, Sora began remembering some more about this girl. She was blonde and wore a white dress. She was extremely quite, and loved drawing. Sometimes, Sora and Riku would fight over who she would draw next. One day, though, she completely vanished. Sora and Riku had no idea why or where she went. However, Sora still couldn't remember her name. Still confused, the trio pressed onward.

Larxene and Axel continued to watch the group, their plans going perfectly. As Axel prepared to go down to meet them once again, Larxene decided that she wanted a chance to challenge Sora. Axel responded by throwing the world card at Larxene, with her reassuring him that she wouldn't give it up without a fight. Axel told her to go easy on Sora, as they needed him to take over the Organization. Larxene silenced him, telling him to keep the plans secret until the right time. When Larxene vanished, Axel smiled, saying that she should have done the same.

The group found themselves in the great whale Monstro. They encountered Pinochio and Gepetto. Pinochio was searching for a way to escape, and got himself captured by a Heartless. After Sora destroyed it, he, Donald, and Goofy traveled to Monstro's stomach to cause some trouble. Soon enough, Mostro couldn't handle any more, and Pinochio and Gepetto used the opportunity to escape. Jiminy learned that Pinnochio was growing up, and thought he wouldn't need him anymore, but Sora reassured Jiminy that Pinnochio was probably counting the seconds to see him again.

On the next floor, Sora encountered the Savage Nymph, Larxene. She revealed that the girl Sora was remembering was in Castle Oblivion, but far deeper in. Suddenly turning on Sora, Larxene delivered a kick to Sora's chest that sent him flying across the room. Sora looked to the ground to see a mysterious charm. With encouragement from Larxene, Sora remembered who it belonged to: Namine. Larxene grabbed the charm from Sora and threatened to destroy it. Sora rose up and struck the charm from Larxene's hand, saying it was very important to him.

After Sora and Larxene battled to a stalemate, Larxene gave Sora a new set of world cards, taunting him while disappearing into a dark corridor. Filled with rage, Sora kept swinging his Keyblade, demanding that Larxene show herself. After Jiminy calmed him down, Sora decided to press onward, obsessed with rescuing Namine.

As Larxene arrived back at the top of Castle Oblivion, she claimed to have thrown the battle, though Axel saw right through it and said she had clearly lost. Then, Vexen appeared amongst them, taunting Larxene and saying that he had come to lend the two a hand, saying he wanted to test Sora's strength through an experiment. Axel and Larxene saw right through this, and knew he only wanted to test out his newest experiment. After the ensuing argument, Axel gace Vexen a card with Destiny Islands on it, as a young boy approached the three.

Sora found himself in Neverland, where Peter Pan was trying to rescue Wendy from Captain Hook. Peter Pan was deeply hurt to learn that Wendy didn't want to stay in Neverland, and wanted to go to London. In anger, Peter Pan abandoned the party, leaving Sora and the rest to fend for themselves. Despite this, Peter eventually accepted Wendy's choice and fought with Sora to stop Captain Hook.

When Sora got to the 8th floor, he was stunned to see Riku there. However, Sora soon learns that Riku isn't too pleased to see Sora, as Riku believes that Sora only cares about Namine now. Riku tells Sora that Namine supposedly hates Sora and wants nothing to do with him. Sora asked what he did wrong, and Riku changed into his Heartless suit, telling Sora to go home. Riku then charged at Sora, telling him that he was also sick of looking at Sora's face. Sora eventually fought off Riku, as Riku ran further into the castle. Despite Sora's efforts, Riku was nowhere to be found. Sora, devestated by what his friend was saying, decided to track him down.

Sora was in Pooh's Storybook again, and Pooh's friends had all disappeared. Pooh was left wondering if he should disappear to, and how to do it. With Sora's help, though, the two if them tracked down Pooh's friends, making the bear happy again.

Sora made it back to Castle Oblivion, with Riku standing there to greet him. Sora tried to remind Riku of Kairi, who was at Destiny Islands, waiting for the friends. Riku, however, chose to ignore Sora, and told him that nothing mattered to him, other than helping Namine. Seeing that his friend was changed, Sora got ready to make Riku his old self... through any means nececarry. After beating Riku again, he vanished into the castle. Sora wasn't worried, because he knew that the three friends would be reunited at Destiny Islands once again: Sora, Riku, and Namine.

Axel and Larxene stood with Vexen, mocking him for Riku's failure to stop Sora. Vexen became extremely agitated, and another argument broke out between him and Larxene. However, the hooded figure, Marluxia, returned to calm them down, telling Vexen that his project was a failure, and that he was dissapointed with him. Growing angrier, Vexen tried to pull rank on Marluxia, but was stopped with Marluxia holding his scythe to Vexen's throat. Marluxia reminded Vexen that he was the one controling the castle, and defiance would be seen as treason against the Organization. Vexen scoffed at the remark, saying that Marluxia was unable to see his true might. Marluxia, in response, challenged Vexen to prove himself against Sora, as Vexen vanished. Axel pointed out that with a challenge, Vexen would stop at nothing to do away with Sora, with Marluxia walking up to Namine, reminding her of a 'promise' she and Sora made.

Sora wound up in Atlantica, where Ariel had stolen her father's trident. Her reasons were understandable, though, for the sea witch Ursela was holding her friend Flounder captive. Sora took down Ursela and gave Ariel the strength to face up to what she did.

As Sora and his friends approached the tenth floor, Jiminy still wanted to go back, knowing that ten floors worth of their memories were gone. Though Sora knew this, he chose to press on, knowing that he couldn't let Namine down ever again.

In Hollow Bastion, Sora saw Belle treating the Beast very cruely. This was to hide her feelings from Maleficent, who wanted the Beast's heart. Sora teamed up with Beast to destroy Maleficent and free Belle.

On the next floor, Sora encountered Vexen. Vexen revealed himself to be the one to lead Riku to Sora. Sora realised that Riku was being manipulated by Vexen, and prepared to fight him. Vexen only used this battle as a test, diving deep into Sora's heart and giving him another world card: Twilight Town.

Up at the top of Castle Oblivion, Marluxia saw that Vexen was clearly planning to either destroy Sora or reveal Marluxia's plot to him. To stop him, Marluxia ordered Axel to "eliminate the traitor". Saying that Marluxia wouldn't be able to take it back, Axel vanished to do the job.

Once in Twilight Town, Sora told Donald and Goofy about this one time when he was young with Namine. She was scared of the meteor shower, so Sora told her that he would protect her if anything bad were to happen to her. After that, Namine gave Sora her good luck charm. Sora then decided to explore Twilight Town.

Approaching the castle, Sora felt strange. He definitely knew that he had never been to this town, but he still had this lingering feeling that he had been there before. Vexen appeared to taunt Sora some more. He said that if Sora couldn't accept his memories, then he was not a Keyblade master, and that his existance was meaningless. Growing angrier by the second, Sora drew his Keyblade and charged at Vexen.

After Vexen's next defeat, he prepared to reveal Marluxia's plot to Sora. However, Axel decided to intervene, and finished off the weakened Vexen, as Sora watched him fade away. Sora now knew that they weren't human, and asked Axel what they were. Axel disappeared, saying that he himself didn't know.

When Axel returned to Marluxia and Larxene, the two praised him for his work, saying they didn't think he had what it took to kill another Organization member. Fully trusting him, Larxene and Marluxia let Axel in on their true plan to take over the Organization. Marluxia decided it was almost time for Namine and Sora to finally meet, and he and Larxene vanished, leaving Axel to watch over the depressed Namine.

Back in Castle Oblivion, Sora met Riku again, who still wanted to fight. Riku didn't care that Vexen was gone, he just wanted to protect Namine. Riku then went to tell Sora about how he promised to protect Namine during a meteor shower. Sora, confused, told Riku that this really happened to him, not Riku. As proof, Sora took out Namine's good luck charm. Riku's forehead suddenly flashed, and he pulled out the same charm that Sora had. Convinced that Sora was a fake, Riku attacked. Defeated once again, Riku retreated into the Castle, leaving behind Namine's charm. As Sora looked at it, it turned into one final World card: Destiny Islands.

As Sora grew more obsessed with finding Namine, Donald and Goofy were beginning to get worried about how Sora was acting. They suggested that Sora slow down and think for a little bit, but Sora, misunderstanding his friends, blew up on them and decided to find Namine by himself, leaving Donald and Goofy behind.

At the top of the Castle, Axel began talking to Namine, saying that Sora was walking torwards his doom, and only she could stop it. Namine, however, had given up hope and said there was nothing she could do. Axel then pointed out that Marluxia and Larxene weren't around anymore, and Namine began to get curious. Axel then put his own plans into action, telling Namine that no one in the room was going to stop her from leaving. With a newfound resolve, Namine got up and ran out of the room, with Axel telling her to make it count.

In Destiny Islands, Sora talked to all of his friends, who would give him hints as to where 'she' is. As Sora searched the islands, he found himself back to when his home fell apart, and the Darkside was waiting for him. After destroying the Heartless, Sora finally found Namine, but she didn't seem very happy to see him. Namine began to say that she wasn't the most important person to him, and that she didn't exist in his heart. Namine then told Sora to think one last time about who was most special to him. Giving it one last thought, 'Namine's' charm took it's normal form, as Sora caught a glimpse of a girl he had seemingly never met before: Kairi.

Returning to Castle Oblivion, Sora found Namine, now knowing that she wasn't the one who is most special to him. He pondered as to why he couldn't remember this other girl that he saw. Suddenly, Riku appeared once again to challenge Sora for Namine. Sora seemingly defeats Riku, only to have him surprise Sora with a brutal attack. Before Riku can finish Sora, Namine orders him to stop, and Riku collapses. Larxene appeared to explain that Namine had shattered Riku's heart. When Larxene wouldn't answer Sora, he charged at her, only to recieve a devestating kick that put him to the ground. Larxene explained that 'Riku' was not real, but a replica of the real thing, and Namine was really a witch who can manipulate the memories of Sora and those connected to him. Sora realized that all of his memories of Namine were fake. Larxene, growing angrier about her plans failing, prepared to kill Sora, but Namine intervened. Larxene struck Namine out of the way, as Sora showed that he still cared about her. He said that even if his memories were fake, the promise he made to protect her was real to him. As Larxene got ready to kill Sora, Donald and Goofy appeared to help him fight her off.

After Larxene was destroyed, Namine explained that she was ordered to manipulate the gang's memories by a man named Marluxia, and that if she didn't. she would be trapped in Castle Oblivion forever. Though Sora wasn't happy about everything that Namine did, he was more than ready to forgive her. He didn't care about his memories being fake, because they still felt right to him. Namine told Sora that in order to get his memories back, he would have to go to the XIIIth floor, and face Marluxia. Sora got ready to go, and asked Namine to look after the Riku Replica.

As Sora went into Castle Oblivion's final floor, he began to get worried. Goofy decided that the group should make another promise, that no matter what happens, they will stick together. As the three unite their hands like they did when they first met, they unlocked the power of the Trinity Limit.

As Sora, Donald, and Goofy explored Castle Oblivion's XIIIth floor, Namine stayed behind to help the Riku Replica heal. As she sat at it's side, she failed to notice that Marluxia had found her.

As Marluxia walked through Castle Oblivion, Axel appeared behind him, the mere presence of him enraging Marluxia. Marluxia demanded answers as to why he chose to release Namine and ruin 'The Organization's' plan. Axel then went to recap Marluxia's real plan: use Namine to rewrite Sora's memory so he would be under her complete control. Using Sora's power, Marluxia and Larxene would overthrow the Organization. As Axel explained this, he proceeded to call Marluxia the real traitor. Marluxia finally realized that the only reason he agreed to kill Vexen was to confirm his suspicions. Admitting this, Axel drew his chakrahms and perpared to duel Marluxia.

Axel and Marluxia fought each other, appearing to be evenly matched. Marluxia then summoned Namine in front of him as a shield, even though Axel wasn't afraid to go right through her. Just then, Sora ran in. Marluxia told Sora that Axel was ready to hurt Namine to get at Marluxia. Sora got ready to fight Axel, but reminded Marluxia that after Axel was gone, he's next. After the fight, Axel mentioned that it was worth saving him. Sora asked for answers, but Axel vanished. Sora looked around to see that Marluxia escaped while the two of them were busy fighting.

Sora eventually found Marluxia and Namine. Marluxia ordered Namine to completely wipe Sora's memories, thus destroying his heart, so Marluxia can rebuild him to serve him. Namine decided to go against Marluxia, putting herself on the line. Sora told Namine to wipe his memories, because even without his memories, he had Donald and Goofy to help him piece them back together again. Marluxia told them that should Sora lose his memories, he will be an empty shell, like the Riku Replica. Then, the replica himself appears and attacks Marluxia. Even if he was a complete fake, he was ready to defend Namine, as he and Sora got ready to face off against the Graceful Assassin.

Sora seemingly defeated Marluxia, only to find out that it was only an imitation of him. Riku charged at him, only to find that it was another imitation. Sora began feeling a great power trying to destroy his heart coming from deeper in the castle, and went to challenge it. Before leaving, Sora asked the Riku Replica to stay and protect Namine, with the Replica amazed that Sora was showing no harsh feelings for his previous behavior.

Sora ran in to find the real Marluxia, who had become fused with a large Nobody, waiting for him. After his next defeat, Marluxia took Sora to their final battle. They were both on top of the giant Nobody, with a manifestation of Marluxia's power standing behind him, holding his scythe. Sora battled the Lord of the Castle one last time, and managed to destroy him. Running out of the room, Donald and Goofy closed the doors as Sora permanently locked it.

When they began to celebrate, the Riku Replica turned to leave. Sora asked what he would do, but the Replica didn't know, as he was a fake being. Sora reassured him that it didn't matter if he was a replica or not, he was still his own person. Riku turned and told Sora that he had a good heart, and even if his own was fake, he knew Sora's feelings were real. With that, the Riku Replica walked away.

Namine told Sora that she could be able to take apart his memories, and rearrange them so that they would be exactly like they were before. However, this came at a price: he would forget everything about Castle Oblivion, Marluxia, and Namine. Faced with a hard choice, Sora ultimately decided to have himself put back to the way he was. Namine agreed to help them do this, though she was clearly devestated by the choice.

In order to get their memories back, the group would have to sleep in these large pods for a while. Since the group knew they wouldn't remember Namine when they woke up, Donald wondered how they would be able to thank her. Jiminy decided to write a note in his journal, saying "Thank Namine", as a reminder to them. As Namine said goodbye, Sora told her that when he woke up, he would find her, and they would be friends again. He made her a promise that he would find her, though Namine knew that he wouldn't remember. Sora finally got into the pod. Namine told Sora as the pod closed that there were certain memories that she would be unable to get back, but if he remembered the one most important to her, everything else would come back to him. Sora looked at his good luck charm as the pod closed.

As he stood in the darkness, he struggled to remember the people close to him. Finally, Sora remembered Kairi, and all of his old memories came back to him. Sora looked to see Namine, slowly disappearing, though she said that with their promise, they would eventually be together again. Giving a tearful goodbye, Namine told him that she would be in his heart, as Sora confirmed this: "Forgotten, but not lost."
