Keimei looked around at the crowd in the center plaza of the Starting Town. "Why was I just taken here...?" She asked aloud. She'd only been playing for a couple hours, and had decided to get into the combat system before finding anyone to team up with. She looked around the crowd, noticing a lot of other people were also teleporting there. Suddenly, the sky above her turned blood red. A cloaked figure appeared over the square, and hovered there.

"Hello everyone, and welcome to SAO." A voice boomed over the crowd. "You're likely wondering who I am... My true identity will remain secret. However, I will tell you this; I have hacked into SAO. Some of you may have noticed that there isn't a log-out button... That's because I've removed the option to log out. I've trapped you all in the game..." He paused, as the crowd was dead silent. He eventually continued. "Why have I done this? Simple. I've wanted a world of my liking. In this world, I've surpassed even the game's creator, Kayaba Akihiko. Here, I control you all... Unless, of course, you can clear all 100 floors. However, that's impossible..." He cackled. "Also, to warn you... If you die in the world of SAO, the NerveGear will fry your brain in the real world, killing you in both. If anyone attempts to remove your NerveGear, you will also die. Now then, before I leave, I have a gift for you..." Suddenly, a mirror appeared in Keimei's inventory. She used it, out of curiosity. There was a sudden flash of light, and she shut her eyes...

When she opened her eyes, she felt different. She looked into the mirror... That's... my real face in the mirror... She looked in horror. Aside from her hair color, which was the same shade of red that she'd made it in-game, she looked exactly like she did in real life.

"Now then... With this, I must leave. Good luck in Aincrad... You'll need it." A maniacal laughter echoed along the buildings, as the figure disappeared.

After the echoes, there was silence. After what felt like ages, people began rioting. "We're doomed!" "I can't be trapped in the game, I've got a meeting in an hour!" "That had to all be some sick joke!" Keimei looked around in confusion. She didn't know what to do. She looked around frantically.

I have to get out... The only way to do that is to fight, and I'll need partners... Man, I really wish my friends had been able to get the game so I wouldn't be alone in this. She dashed through town, weaving her way through the crowd and into the streets. She tried to look around for someone, anyone who was also rushing to go fight.

Keimei nodded. "Yeah, I'm coming." She stood up, and left towards the inn.

"So, do you still want to share a room or have your own?" Abisk asked as they walked to the inn. "The inn here is cheaper, but the rooms are a bit smaller, from what I recall."

"It doesn't really matter to me, honestly... If you want to share, I'm fine with that." She answered. She felt a little safer with someone else with her, especially with Elyna now being on the loose.

"I'd feel safer if we shared, things changed from the Beta, and players might do just about anything, especially a crazy PKer like Elyna." Abisk replied, finally reaching the inn.

"Good point... Well then, I guess that means we'll share again." Kei smiled, relieved that Abisk felt the same way. She definitely didn't want to be left alone with someone like Elyna chasing after them.

"Hello, you two. Do you want a room?" The innkeeper asked, Abisk payed for the single room, and the keys materialized in his hand. "Thanks." He said to the NPC, who he barely heard wisper "Ah! Young love.". Abisk blushed heavily to the line, nearly speaking up, before remembering it was an NPC.

Kei blushed at the NPCs comment. "Uh... L-let's go." She grabbed Abisk's hand and ran up the stairs. I probably just looked even more like an idiot than I would have had I just walked up normally... She thought to herself, finding their room.

Kei sat on the bed, blushing. "I didn't think the NPCs could have dialogue like that..." She muttered.

"It wasn't in the Beta, but then again the beta doesn't have everything that the full version dose, apparently." Abisk noted, sprawling out on the floor, his avatar's white-hair actually folded under weight now. "Even the hair has physics now..." He thought, taking only a moment to think before standing up. "We should get to rest..." Abisk noted, sitting next to Kei.

"Yeah..." Kei stood up, and switched her clothes to the nightgown she'd bought earlier. It's a good thing I can just do that from a menu... Otherwise, it'd be pretty embarrassing to change with Abisk in here. She blushed a bit, then went to lay down on the bed.

Abisk played down as well, he didn't feel like changing his clothes, since he would be going out soon as he woke up anyway. The swords on his back sunk into the bed a little, Abisk didn't take any of the blanket up though, allowing Kei as much room as he could.

"Good night, Abisk..." Kei fell asleep almost instantly. Thankfully, she didn't have any nightmares of her or her team dying this time...

She eventually woke up in the morning. She yawned, noticing Abisk was asleep still. "Abisk...?"

Abisk was soundly asleep. An oddity for him, normally he would have just been lying on the bed waiting for everyone else to stir, but the last two days he had actually slept. It was odd, but even so, it wasn't a problem, but he slightly awoke at Kei calling him. "Yes?" He mumbled under his breath, trying to get his brain to start working again.

"Yeah, whenever you and everyone else are ready to head out." Abisk said, through the muffling cloth of his pillow. "We need to improve our gear, then we want to make the long trek to the town across the region, it's far away, a two-day trip if we stop and rest appropriately and don't slack, our levels should be all around eleven by then, and we can get to the best swords in the first floor by then, then one more day till we reach the town closest to the dungeon and boss room, probably." Abisk told Kei, it was the most effective plan, considering somehow the boss room was already mapped out somehow.

Kei nodded. "Alright." She got out of bed, and opened up her menu. She changed into her usual clothes. "I'll be waiting outside, alright?" She left the room, slouching against the wall outside.

"Got it..." Abisk replied, looking around the room sleepily. "I wonder... Nah, she isn't..." Abisk pushed a silly thought out of his head, slowly sitting up, he ooked at his gear. "Trash gear compared to what I could have, but it dose as needed, I guess..." He thought, walking out the door as well.

Vash finished his food and yawned. "Well, i guess we should go to bed, see ya later guys." Vash went up to the desk and checked out a room for himself and headed upstairs. He climbed into his bed and started thinking. So, we were really wrong about Elyna.....I never thought she'd do that. There has to be more to this, i mean, maybe they attacked her and she just went a little overboard in self defense? Although, it didn't sound like that was the case....I'll find out eventually. We're bound to run into her again. In the meantime, i should probably get some sleep. He closed his eyes and started to fall asleep.

(Slight bit of controlling to catch up with the rest of them, is that alright Silver?)

The three of them trekked back to the nearest town. Ryonne bought three rooms, and soon enough, all were inside their respective rooms. It is likely that not much sleeping occurred due to the hype of the upcoming boss fight. Before any realized it, it was morning. Mes twirled into Sikiro's room without knocking, having picked the lock. "Good morning sunshine! We got work to do mate! Things to beat up, people to see, and places to go!" Mes exclaimed cheerfully.

(Fine by me.)

Sikiro turned, having barely woken up when Mes barged into his room unannounced, wracking up a din that quickly brought him out of any lethargic mood he may have been in, "Yes, yes! I'm awake!" He exclaimed, sighing. Mes was certainly...a cheerful person. Sikiro, being the exact opposite, felt as if the girl's constant exuberance drained him of his own energy. "Is Ryonne awake?"

"Not yet." Mes smirked. She exited the room. Sikiro could have heard the opening of a door, Mes' cheerful call, the drawing of a blade, and the scream of a girl. Clearly Ryonne didn't respond to Mes as good-naturedly as Sikiro had. Mes popped back into Sikiro's room, her grin still there, not having been stopped even under threat of a sword to the face. "Alright, he's up. I'll meet you both downstairs." Mes said. She closed the door behind her, and skipped down to the inn's restaurant. She ordered a feast of bacon, eggs, and bread.

Sikiro shook his head. Mes was ridiculously hyper, almost suspiciously so. But for some reason, Sikiro had some respect for that. Maybe it was how, in the face of all of this, Mes decided to take things head-on and manage to act up-beat. "Weirdo." SIkiro murmured, chuckling to himself a bit. He sighed, stopping himself. He shouldn't be acting like this, smiling and thinking to himself about a random girl had had only just met.

"It looks like the others are still asleep... We should probably wake them up." She said, and went to the door to Vash's room. (Sorry if there's anyone else in there too, I forgot if he's sharing with anyone. I don't think he is, though). "Hey, it's morning. We need to get moving." She called, hoping that Vash heard. She went over to the door to Wolf and Aethers' room, and told them the same thing she said Vash. "You going to get the others, Abisk?" She asked.

(I just want to make note I can't do anything until the next day AND until Wolf returns, as we have plans X_X just an FYI)
