Nomura said he's adding new cutscenes and some new stuff such as keyblades and enemies.

New additions include (from interviews):

- more Keyblades

- more cutscenes

- more enemies

- rebalancing

- critical mode

- more songs for Rhythmic Ice minigame

 

From press release:

- additional boss

- crown stickers

- additional multiplayer options

They're also altering existing cutscenes.
