The Story So Far...

With the Keyblade War between The VII Lights and The XIII Darknesses beginning, a call went out for heroes to come together to stave off other dark forces who would taking advantage of the chaos. Led by former Organization XIII members Ienzo (Zexion), Aeleus (Lexaeus), Dilan (Xaldin), and Even (Vexen), these "Vanguards" have dealt with Xehanort's minions, pushed back an invasion from another reality, and brought several lost members of the VII Lights back. Now, a new threat calling itself the Decolor has launched simultaneous attacks against the major worlds with Encom Programs, looking to wipe out all Wielders of The Keyblade.

With the Lights and the Vanguard pinned in Twilight Town and Disney Castle, they will need to rally together and gain new recruits in order to push back the Decolor and the other threats, both new and old, that still lurk in the shadows.

~Rules~

1) Let's keep this rp in the PG13 range.

2) No Godmodding, it be no fun.

3) If you want to keep certain aspects of your character to be secret from other players, PM me details.

4) Thou shalt not kill another player's character, unless that player grants thee permission.

5) Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and Disney characters are fine, but I will need to consult with you on them.

6) There is NO...rule 6.

7) To show that you read the rules (or at least skimmed them to find this), please put "Shadow War" after your character sheet.

8) Decolor characters are possible by request, so PM me if you want to put a stop to the dangerous Keyblade Wielders.

9) Anything else in the general KH13 rp rules I've forgotten.

His kingdom subjugated, Edge left his world with Rydia to seek out the head of the problem and put an end to it.

Personality: Just, overconfident, zealous, strong, protective, royal. Not much for humor.

Weapons: Shurikens, boomerangs, claws, katanas, wakizashi, and ninjatos. Experience in ninja arts.

Bio: The last summoner of a small village that was destroyed by darkness. Instead of falling to the darkness, Rydia fell into the world of the Eidolons. There, Rydia trained for many years. She became a gifted black Mage and summoner. She returned to the regular world, where only two years had passed, though she had been in the alternate dimension for eight years. She helped Edge and a few others combat the darkness' encroachment on the world. When the Decolor struck, she left with Edge to combat the problem directly.

Personality: Bright, cheery, kind, good. Smiley. Friendly.

Weapons: A whip, gifted black Mage and summoner.

Getting a glimpse of their newfound enemies, Nocturne was directed to the front lines in an effort to defend Disney Castle from the threat. With his father pulling support, Nocturne made a valiant effort to uphold his directives and orders. Unfortunately for the Guardian, the new enemies were too strong, and before the other Guardians could be overwhelmed by them, Nocturne made a selfless act and evacuated Luna along with his father and friends away from the clutches of the new threat. Now captured by an organization known as the Decolor, Nocturne must now find a way to escape, reunite with his friends, and overcome the seemingly impossible odds against this new threat in a new Shadow War! *Vanguard Intro music plays*

Personality: When this story was started, Nocture was a cold, no-nonsense, hyper-lethal defender who will not waiver from his directives and orders. However, his time with Luna [and maybe Zion] has thawed his frozen heart and has revealed... well, a slightly less cold version of said frozen heart. Nocturne has displayed the full range of emotions that a normal person has expressed, but still remains mellow, collected, and distant.

Everything you should know is in the blurb at the opening of this thread. Kyle might have seen flyers in secret places and/or received a letter saying that heroes were being asked to the Old Mansion in some sort of recruitment. The Old Mansion is currently deserted with the Decolor ENCOM Programs and various heroes and a fleet fighting back.
