Posted February 12, 201411 yr I tried to get a Tool named ' Creation Kit', but it was nowhere to be found on, even with Skyrim connected to it. I managed to download a Winrar of Creation Kit, but it crashes everytime I open it. I really hate my life. Edited February 12, 201411 yr by Marcomax
February 12, 201411 yr You don't have access to the creation kit because you don't own Skyrim on Steam. 7.50€ from a Steam sale can't be that bad price to pay even if you already own it on PS3.
