ultima 1 Posted February 28, 2014 So, what do you believe will happen when Xehanort and his cheery procession happen upon Terra's Lingering Spirit? Personally, I believe there may be some way of reviving through the spirit somehow Let me know what you think
CROW 115 Posted February 28, 2014 (edited) It'll destroy them all. Or the other way around. I don't think LS plays a role in "reviving" Terra though. Bringing him back would rather get rid of the LS instead and he gets his armor back. And the ones who have interest in bringing him back in the first place are Sora and Co. and not Xehanort and his happy clone family. On a side note, while the LS battle in KH2FM is non-canon, that doesn't mean LS isn't actually there though, right? Just the battle was not canon, right? Ruby Rose 8,591 Posted February 28, 2014 Lingering Spirit will haunt Xehanort throughout the entirety of the game

Nick Sideris 1,551 Posted February 28, 2014 But ,wait , isn't the Lingering Spirit , just the mind and the armor ? Anyways , I am pretty sure the LS will not have any grand role to play in KHIII .
Robbie the Wise 5,050 Posted February 28, 2014 The Lingering Will is merely a physical manifestation of Terra's final thoughts of stopping Xehanort and saving his friends.

Nick Sideris 1,551 Posted February 28, 2014 (edited) Yeah, sure. Another Keyblade wielder doesn't have any place in a battle between Keyblade wielders, right? Don't forget ,you have to find the actual Keyblade wielder in the first place though .... Edited February 28, 2014 by Nick Sideris
CROW 115 Posted February 28, 2014 wait a sec, the revived terra is among the 13 darknesses right? or is it a clone and the real revived terra is lost somewhere.... Well, no. The ones who are most likely part of the darknesses are Apprentice Xehanort and Terranort or either one of them. I think you can actually see them as two separate Xehanort incarnations, because the kind of look different and act different as well. Terranort is more violent, loud and agressive, while the amnesiac (?) Apprentice Xehanort is calm and collected. At least I take this from what we've seen of them, which is, in fact, not much. I don't think a "pure" (lol) Terra will be among them. If he is though, I think it will be like with Isa, who most likely became a clone against his will. Source? I don't have one. I just read it a lot around here, so I assumed it's true. At least I can say that I didn't get this idea of it being non-canon from myself, so I must have read it somewhere. I'm not fixed on it though, feel free to prove that it is canon. But as far as I know after I searched for a source before writing this, it's unknown whether it's canon or not, so I'll go with that I guess.

But Terra is somehow still under Master Xehanort's power. How do we know? MX says it himself in DDD. Mickey: "... there's me, Sora, and Riku, and my three lost friends..." MX: "But Sora and another on your list belong to me now." Mickey's "three lost friends" are clearly Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. Mickey and Riku clearly don't belong to Xehanort, we know where Aqua and Ventus are, and Sora's already been mentioned. To quote Master Yen Sid, "that leaves only Terra." Possibilities include Terra-Xehanort being one of the vessels whose face we never saw, the fact that Xemnas possesses Terra's physical body, and others. The Lingering Will DOES contain part of Terra. It's still at the Keyblade Graveyard. And it's almost definite that the Graveyard is where the showdown of 7 lights and 13 darknesses will take place. I never denied that he is under Xehanort's power. That's why I said "pure" Terra, y'know that guy with brown hair, blue eyes and who is everything except evil. The one who got revived after Xemnas and Ansem got destroyed is most likely Apprentice Xehanort (Xehanort inside of Terra's body), a complete new being. And if somehow the normal Terra is already back, which I highly doubt, then he is still somehow influenced or highly manipulated by Xehanort. No matter how you look at it, the Terra we know from the majority of BBS CAN'T be in the Organization, unless in an altered form.

DaxtotheMax 193 Posted March 2, 2014 I don't understand that in KH2 Final Mix Lingering Will was a boss at the end, who was in the suit if Xehanort took over Terra?

NO_HEART_XIII 312 Posted March 3, 2014 I think Terra's heart & soul will return to the lingering will once Terranort &/or Xemnas is defeated. Then the armor will fall off & Terra will be standing there, revived. Then he can take part in the war & get a taste of the revenge he deserves. NO_HEART_XIII 312 Posted March 3, 2014 I like this idea ^^The why don't you hit that "like this" button & help me out. Lol. Jk, I don't really care. Anyway, the final battle/war is bound to take ace in the Keyblade Graveyard & that is wherebthebLingering Will is, so after Terranort &/or Xemnas is defeated, it's not like his heart & soul would have to travel very far to reunite with the LW. All true! I'm really looking forward to the Keyblade Graveyard level of KH3, and it has everything to do with Terra/Lingering Will. And I like actually telling someone that I like something rather than just hitting the "like" button for some reason. ^^ Edited March 4, 2014 by ChildOfTerra_FriendOfRiku
