Pros: There are places in the timeline left empty for future games.Cons: Hard to understand at first, but it becomes simple once you figure it out.

Pros: the timeline is be easier to accept as time goes on

Cons: the timeline has some things that are there that doesn't make any sense which fans obviously see

I'm not a big fan of the "Hero is dead" idea that starts the ALTTP part of the timeline,it come out of nowhere,I don't think it was ever mention in any game before and its weird that the original games take place in this "What if" timeline. They should at least make a game that would take place before A Link To The Past to show us the aftermaths of Oot Link's death.

The according to a Link to the past manga the aftermath of this Link's death might be the sealing war which takes place after he was defeated. The war took about 400 years to end.

It's not exactly a "What if" Timeline. The timeline split into three according to the Historia. With an Ocarina in control of time, it makes sense that many possible outcomes are there. It is possible that Zelda reversed time for Link, but the stain of his death had marked the world of Hyrule, splitting the timeline at that point. Link then defeats Ganon and is sent back in time to live his childhood, thus splitting the timeline once again. Link relays his journey to Zelda in the Childhood Timeline and Ganondorf is subjected for his crimes by the Seven Sages. Meanwhile in the Adult Timeline, Ganon is revived and without their Hero of Time, the people of Hyrule called upon their Goddesses and had them flood their beloved kingdom. With no direct descendant to the Hero of Time, we meet our new hero, an ordinary boy who is just turning 12 years of age as his journey to save two worlds divided begins.

It would be interesting to see the fallen hero timeline to split into an adult era and child era. I like your idea.

I understand where the Adult and Child part of the timeline comes from, they totally make sense, but the Fallen hero part of the timeline on the other hand doesn't really make sense. Why would Link lose a fight against Ganon? With that logic they could add a fourth timeline where Link never got out of is bed at the beginning of the game.

That's why I sometimes called this timeline the "Game Over" timeline because when you lose to Ganon in the actual game the game just shows you a game over screen and that's all.

You're underestimating the great power that Ganondorf has inside of him.

I think I should think about the triforce a bit more because if you look at it, you will see the triforce of power on top of courage and wisdom, so it actually makes sense if Link somehow loses to Ganon.
