So HMK put up a new KH theory video today:

Now, I'm not the biggest HMK fan, but I admit that this is an interesting theory considering besides the Ansem reports, there hasn't been really anything in the KH theory that talks about a soul. This video has actually reminded me of my own theory concerning a connection between Sora and Kingdom Hearts.

Sora is an nontraditional Keyblade wielder as he was never passed the Power by a master like Riku and Kairi were. It's been said that Sora's ability to connect with other people, namely Keyblade wielders, that gives him the ability, but what if his ability comes from another source? The X-blade, the Key to opening the door to Kingdom Hearts, consists of two Kingdom Keys, the true form of Sora's Keyblade. The reason for this has not been explained, but since the X-blade is connected to Kingdom Hearts maybe the Kingdom Key is connected as well. IF Sora's ability comes from another source AND IF the Kingdom Key is connected to Kingdom Hearts, maybe Kingdom Hearts itself is what gave Sora the Kingdom Key. But why would Kingdom Hearts choose Sora to wield the Kingdom Key? I think it's because Sora represents Kingdom Hearts: a light shining through the darkness. Obviously Sora shined after he received the Keyblade, saving many worlds from the darkness, but before this? Sora, before KH1, was in Riku's shadow. Sora was weaker than Riku and he always tried to break out of his shadow by beating Riku in races and fights. And it was this determination that allowed Sora to shine in a different way than Riku, to shine through the shadow. Sora received the Kingdom Key from Kingdom Hearts because he the embodiment of Kingdom Hearts: a light in the darkness.

Tell me what you all think!

Caius seems about as likely to be the next KH villain as Sephiroth has of being a Nort if you ask me :/

Well,at least you guessed the hint so.......

Yeah, okay, we've already established that if you can't handle a couple paragraphs then no need to comment on it lol. Believe it or not, not everybody comes from the same place thag you do and some people actually like to read and listen to long speeches ^_^ That's all.

i won not you

Sora's darkness had nothing to do with Namine. It only really has an impact as Anti-form, etc

Namine was created FROM Kairi's heart and Sora's body/soul.

FROM sora's soul. She may or may not use Soras soul but she was created FROM it. Alright? FROM FROOOMMMM

wouldn't have more sense if sora is the embodiment of the X-Blade and Kairi the embodiment of Kingdom Hearts (as I already explained in my theory time ago)? If you think about it, the keyblade is composed of both Light and Darkness just like Sora (we know that Sora own one of the strongest Lights but he also have Darkness within him that created a really powerful Heartless). The X-Blade could be compared to a catalyst of hearts since it needs a reunion in order to be forged..that's right, just like Sora actually is a catalyst that hosted tons of different hearts. The one with a totally pure heart is Kairi, which would represent in fact the most pure source of light: Kingdom Hearts. Also, Kairi was once swallowed by the Darkness, right? Yeah, thanks to Yen Sid we know that the real Kingdom Hearts was swallowed by the darkness never to be seen again. And then again, Sora is stated to be THE KEY.. And Kairi is stated to be a PRINCESS OF HEARTS.. KEY..HEARTS.. He's the Key and she's the Heart, and the fact that Sora is "the one that will open the door" would be a reference to Sora's Love for Kairi and that he opened Kairi's heart just like the X-Blade is the only Key able to unlock Kingdom Hearts. What you think of my theory guys? :D

Without Sora's darkness releasing his and Kairi's would not have initiated the sequence that spawns heartless and nobodies to begin with meaning that Namine and Roxas would not have existed and Sora's heart probably would be lost forever. Those components combined are what allowed Namine to form an existence she used those components to form her own existence completely separate from Sora body and soul.

Idk Sora doesn't have an overwhelming darkness to add merit to this theory. His darkness was only sufficient enough to produce a mere Shadow Heartless. Besides both Kairi's and Sora's heart intersected when she lay within him during KH1 meaning the true Kingdom hearts should have appeared when Sora turned into a heartless.

Wasn't already confirmed by Nomura and by Re:Coded that Sora's Heartless is NOT just a mere Shadow Heartless? Go ask Riku (he had to fight against Sora's Darkness in KH:3D) if Sora's Darkness is that feeble. I'm not Nomura but, in my opinion, I could say that if Kingdom Hearts had to reemerge from Darkness, that moment wouldn't be when Sora was swallowed by the Darkness but when instead he reemerged from it: Kairi's feelings for Sora reacted with the process of becoming a Heartless, allowing Sora to reemerge back from the Darkness thanks to the light he saw, Kairi's light. Now, what happen when the Keyblade is nearby a Keyhole? The Keyhole glows, right? If sora is the embodiment of the X-Blade and Kairi the embodiment of Kingdom Hearts then is their reunion that generated that Light that led Sora back to the Realm of Light when he was fading after releasing Kairi's Heart and that happened because there are feelings among them, they are meant to be paired together just like the X-Blade and Kingdom Hearts. PS.: I repeat it,this is MY opinion, MY theory, and probably is not even the right one, like the most others. :D

Nomura never confirmed anything of the sort. Sora's Heartless in Recoded was a digital recording that was causing glitches within the journal. It was not Sora's actual heartless the reason why it got so strong was because it was absorbing both the bug blox and the minds of the slain digital heartless. As for DDD that's a completely different scenario. Its not like all that darkness was naturall there it was a product of Sora diving to far into the Realm of Sleep. He chased the pain that was not his own and by extension abandoned his sense of self allowing his heart to collapse into darkness.

I don't recall where I did read that but it was said that Sora's Heartless already was something like 1000 times stronger than a normal shadow and then grew even stronger in the datascape. I don't know if that's true or not but either way I don't really see your point.. You said: "Idk Sora doesn't have an overwhelming darkness to add merit to this theory." right? and so what? My theory doesn't really need Sora to posses an overwhelming darkness to be working..it just need Sora to have Darkness within him, which we all know it is like that, no matter how intense it is. :D And then again, it's just PURE SPECULATION but that sentence you said isn't really enough to dismantle my theory, you should be more convincing if you want to prove that a theory won't hold water xD

Actually it does because the X-blade is a balance between light and dark those elements would have to completely or close to balanced for your theory to make sense. Case in point Master Xehanort needs seven light and thirteen darknesses of equal strength to sucesfully complete his formula. The X-blade requires a specific balance in order to work. Sora does not have an overwhelming portion within him to match or equal the strength of his light nor has he ever sought such a balance. Honestly Riku is more fittimg to thw mold you're trying to make. Also I've read all the interviews and not once have I ever come across one that states that Sora's Heartless was super strong. If that was even the case he would have turned into a heartless proportionate to the amount of darknnes he had at the time he released his heart. A simple Shadow indicates that he had very little darkness to begin with. Also I'll repeat Sora's Heartless in Recoded was a digital entity it grew so powerful because it was absorbing the minds of the Data Heartless that Data Sora slew as well as feeding on the bug blox.At the end of the day Nomura has stated that Soa is just an ordinary boy. He equivilates the player with the mindset that even ordinary people are capable of accomplishing the extraordinary.

About Sora's Heartless you don't need to repeat yourself about the whole thing, I know it, I should have explained myself better xD What I was trying to say is that somewhere I've read that Sora's Heartless look like a shadow but that actually is 1000 times stronger and that the digital version of it shared the same strength before growing stronger in the Datascape xD But I repeat it, I just read it and they could have wrote down something they didn't fully understood..maybe they wrote that Sora's Heartless is 1000 times stronger then an ordinary Shadow because they missed the part where it was explained that the multiform and powerful version of Sora's Heartless is just a digital recording that grew stronger absorbing bug blox and the mind of other dead digital heartless.. I don't know, I just know that I thought it was something official, that's all xD With this said, let's pass to the X-Blade part: you're right,it is equally composed by Light and Darkness. But there are still a lot of pros for this theory and just a single con that could fall down after an explanation, I mean: if my theory is right there must be an explanation to the fact that Sora is the embodiment of the X-Blade even though he doesn't equally posses Light and Darkness within him. Basically everything could be possible if Nomura implement an explanation for it..we saw more impossible things than this becoming possible in Kingdom Hearts after all xD Maybe another thing that comes in my mind is that Sora has become the embodiment of the X-Blade cause he hosted Ventus' Heart and we know that Ventus once merged with Vanitas and forged the X-Blade.. That could also explain why Xehanort want Sora like pedobear wants kids (yea I know there already are reasons why Xehanort stalks Sora but I've learned that everything that Xehanort do could be just a mask of another mask) xD I just feel like it could work,it's not that much of a crazy or impossible theory after all, right? xD
