Keyblade Academy

 

Indy made his way through the academy halls, glancing around at the rooms he passed by. I was told to meet with a teacher in the Gummi hangar... They said that there would be other students, too. What's so urgent that they'd call a few of us there? Is there something going on in other worlds...? Maybe they even have a mission for us... I've always wanted the opportunity to leave Radiant Garden, anyway... He thought to himself as he moved along, pondering what it is that he was ordered to meet there for.

 

He eventually reached the room, noticing that it was empty. "Hm... Well, I did try to get here early, anyway." He muttered, leaning against a wall. He appeared calm, but his mind was racing. Will I get to visit other worlds? Who else will I be with? Will I have a chance to see Allitt again...? He drifted into deep thought, not taking notice of his surroundings...

 

(And yes, the other students all received the orders, too.)

Mulan smirked. "Not bad. You win." She said to Raidyn, then whispered into his ear. "By the way, I went easy on you. I won't embarrass you by telling your friends, though." She patted him on the shoulder, then looked at her soldiers. "Alright, get back to training!" She ordered them. "So, what did you kids come here for?" She asked the students.

 

"We're here looking for people in gray cloaks. Have you seen then around?" Indy asked.

 

"I haven't seen anyone suspicious, but there have been Nobodies showing up again..." Mulan answered, seemingly trying to remember if she'd seen anyone strange.

 

"Nobodies...? That means they're here, too. Thanks, Miss Mulan." Indy bowed.

 

 

Meanwhile, a cloaked figure hid in the bushes, watching the group silently. I'll jump them when they're far enough away from the camp... Heh...

 

Raidyn / Toshi

 

"Easy, huh?" Raidyn said, laying down Shockwave and un-summoning it from his grasp. "Well, hopefully you give me your all next time. That was really fun. And maybe you can tell me some stories about fighting with Old Man Sora too," Raidyn said, giving Mulan a thumbs up and a big smiled, and then of course, a quick bow. Raidyn then stayed silent as Mulan then asked why he and the others had come ot the Land of Dragons, which Indy explained. Raidyn then regrouped with Indy and Toshi.

 

"R-Raidyn, you did well," Toshi praised as soon as he come within earshot of her.

 

"Thanks Toshi. Miss Mulan wasn't half bad either. In fact, she was great," Raidyn said, with Toshi nodding in agreement. "So then, Indy, what are we gonna do about our mission?" Raidyn then asked his other classmate.

Mulan smirked. "Not bad. You win." She said to Raidyn, then whispered into his ear. "By the way, I went easy on you. I won't embarrass you by telling your friends, though." She patted him on the shoulder, then looked at her soldiers. "Alright, get back to training!" She ordered them. "So, what did you kids come here for?" She asked the students. "We're here looking for people in gray cloaks. Have you seen then around?" Indy asked. "I haven't seen anyone suspicious, but there have been Nobodies showing up again..." Mulan answered, seemingly trying to remember if she'd seen anyone strange. "Nobodies...? That means they're here, too. Thanks, Miss Mulan." Indy bowed.  Meanwhile, a cloaked figure hid in the bushes, watching the group silently. I'll jump them when they're far enough away from the camp... Heh...

Brooklyn let a sigh of relief go as they approached the camp, however his right ear twitched. "I have a bad feeling. Like someone is watching us again." Brooklyn thought, coughing a bit. He decided to summon his Keyblade and keep it summoned on his back, where a just barely powerful enough magnet kept it clamped to him.

Joel walked up to Raidyn, Indy and Toshi and patted Raidyn on the back. "Nice job, man. Although, technically she surrendered before you could actually knock her out or anything. Not like you would do something like that to someone like Mulan, but still." Hmm, if there are Nobodies and stuff on the loose, maybe the rest of us can get some more screentime- er, I mean, fighting. Joel thought to himself. 

Mulan smirked. "Not bad. You win." She said to Raidyn, then whispered into his ear. "By the way, I went easy on you. I won't embarrass you by telling your friends, though." Meanwhile, a cloaked figure hid in the bushes, watching the group silently. I'll jump them when they're far enough away from the camp... Heh...

 

Brooklyn let a sigh of relief go as they approached the camp, however his right ear twitched. "I have a bad feeling. Like someone is watching us again." Brooklyn thought, coughing a bit. He decided to summon his Keyblade and keep it summoned on his back, where a just barely powerful enough magnet kept it clamped to him.

While inside the camp finally satisfied that Raidyn is finished fighting against Mulan, Gaku still has an uneasy feeling about the stalker he almost encountered in the forest before getting caught by Brooklyn. "I'm gonna try scanning again. At least no one is gonna bother me this time."

 

Gaku began to scan the area again. Hearing initial thoughts of people groaning over Mulan losing to Raidyn, Gaku ignored them and broadened his scanning area. Gaku closed his eyes to focus intently, and within a few minutes, he began hearing suspicious thoughts:

 

I'll jump them when they're far enough away from the camp... Heh...

 

Gaku widened his eyes as he gasped. It's the same stalker he was trying to expose. He looked at Brooklyn and Ghost. "I have some news to state to you. Remember the prisoner you guys captured? During my ride to Land of Dragons, I heard Master Sora telling Master Riku that the student you guys captured has escaped. I felt very uneasy since Riku dropped me off. I believe the student you captured is here in this world." Gaku explained. "I scanned the area and I can confirm your suspicious. Someone is watching us, and I believe it's the same student that escaped."

Joel walked up to Raidyn, Indy and Toshi and patted Raidyn on the back. "Nice job, man. Although, technically she surrendered before you could actually knock her out or anything. Not like you would do something like that to someone like Mulan, but still." Hmm, if there are Nobodies and stuff on the loose, maybe the rest of us can get some more screentime- er, I mean, fighting. Joel thought to himself.

Hmm, it doesn't seem like he's bluffing. How strong is he, really? Joel wondered about his classmate. How strong are all of these guys? Well, I guess we should be glad we're all on the same team.

While Joel was thinking, he waited for Indy (their de facto party leader) to decide their next course of action.

"Gaku, I don't believe you." Brooklyn said, winking, let thing him know he believed him. "Hey, try to guess what I'm thinking." Brooklyn said, chuckling, but only to make it seem convinving. In his mind.."Keep calm and act natural. When the time comes, we will knock her out again, but make it seem like we know nothing so we can surprise her when she strikes. Gaku, block her incoming attack and I'll follow up with a standard two-hit into teeth hook combo and take her down." He "thought".

While inside the camp finally satisfied that Raidyn is finished fighting against Mulan, Gaku still has an uneasy feeling about the stalker he almost encountered in the forest before getting caught by Brooklyn, who commented about someone watching over them again. "Exactly what I was feeling earlier, before my interruption occurred." Gaku replied. "Speaking of which, I'm gonna try again, now no one is gonna try to bother me."

What?! How did they know I was here? Scanned the area, huh...? "How did you find out I was here...?" The cloaked figure stood from behind the bush, a familiar female voice revealing that she was the escaped prisoner. She removed her hood, realizing it was pointless to hide her identity since she'd been discovered. "By the way, thanks for never seeing me until we left the ship. If Riku caught me, I'd be doomed." Allitt smirked.

 

"A-Allitt?!" Indy stepped back, surprised to see his sister here. "Didn't Instructor Striker take you to the academy...?"

 

"And I escaped. It wasn't too hard. I can't make my portals, though..." She sighed. "Also, don't think about attacking me. I'm going to join with you guys, at least for now. You don't hurt me, I won't hurt you." She held out her arm, as if offering to shake hands.

The cloaked figure stood from behind the bush, a familiar female voice revealing that she was the escaped prisoner. She removed her hood, realizing it was pointless to hide her identity since she'd been discovered. "By the way, thanks for never seeing me until we left the ship. If Riku caught me, I'd be doomed." Allitt smirked. "A-Allitt?!" Indy stepped back, surprised to see his sister here. "Didn't Instructor Striker take you to the academy...?" "And I escaped. It wasn't too hard. (Yer wrecking my plans!)"And I suppose you want to sit around a camp fire and sing a song? Well..." He drew his Keyblade "well... C-a-m-p-f-I-r-e-s-o-n-g-s-o-n-g. I can't sing it any faster than thst, so let's get to the fight."

Raidyn / Toshi

 

Raidyn was in pure shock of the arriving Allit and her confusing proposal. "You're gonna team up with us? Really?" Raidyn asked. "Hmm..."
 

"What are you thinking, Raidyn? Can we trust her? I mean.. its not that I have anything against her, but you remember when she..." Toshi didn't want to finish her sentence, but Raidyn already knew she was alluding to their last conversation...

 

"Well... I guess if she wants to team up, then we will."

 

"Really?"

 

"Sure. But," Raidyn then made it clear that he was talking to Allit directly, looking straight at her with his gaze containing a rare seriousness to it. "If you're gonna be going off about that Light mumbo jumbo like you were before, then maybe I'll have to do something about it. And I think the rest of my pals will agree with me when I say that," Raidyn said, cracking his knuckles to look intimindating. Toshi was surprised to see this side of Raidyn come out all of a sudden, but stood her ground and kept a straight face.

 

"Raidyn is right, Allit. If we have to be allies, we won't lower our guard to you or the Organization," she said.

Hearing Allitt's request, Gaku feels at unease with this, but keeps a calm position with his hands in his pockets while taking one cup of the headphones out of his ear. "And why would you join us? You betrayed the Academy for whatever reason you did. You gonna tag along, so you can strike us at moment's notice? Don't lie to us." With that, Gaku immediately began to scan her thoughts to see if she is lying.

 

Hearing Raidyn's response to the scene, Gaku notices another side of Raidyn. "Interesting, so the reason she left the Academy is that she doesn't believe in balance?" Gaku said "How pathetic. without darkness, light can't exist. That's proven many times."

"Nor can world's like Traverse and Twilight Town, as well as my Keyblade and abilities, along with many others of now and in the future. What the light bares don't realize is that so long as even a speck exists, it will cast a shadow, a black shadow and will contenue to thrive and create more darkness. So unless they want to wipe out everything that exists, there is literally no way to destroy all of the darkness." Brooklyn made sure to add.

While everyone was discussing whether or not to let Allitt join and light and darkness mumbo jumbo, Joel kept to himself. But now he spoke.

"Hmm.... We can't really forget your past actions, and a fight would be nice, but..." Joel said as he walked to Allitt. "It wouldn't be nice to turn down a potential friend." Joel stopped a few feet in front of Allitt. "So what are we to do? Normally I would sleep on it, but we don't necessarily have time for that."

"So," Joel made eye contact with the fugitive. "How can we trust you?"

Sooo tempted to shoot stuff right now....

[High above the Training Camp, aboard the gummi ship Overwatch]

 

Instructor Striker patiently followed the posse of students who were near Gaku back to the camp via the onboard optics camera. He was uneasy about the whole ordeal with the telepathic student, and even more distressed that it took him this long to pick out possible targets while airborne. This was why I was relegated to ground duties... he mentally remarked, then focused the camera on his student, Ghost. 

 

Despite him being a weaponized heartless repurposed to serve the light, Striker actually grew fond of the student as he now watched his face scrutinize the skies in an attempt to spot the ship. He smiled, rekindling an old feeling that was evoked by a certain Princess of Heart some time ago when he was a whole person, and not just a heartless. "How the hell are you supposed to take care of your girlfriend if you can't even find me?" He playfully grumbled before getting serious again, "You need to get your act together. Rei might not be so lucky next time." 

 

Meanwhile... On the ground below...

 

Ghost followed Gaku and merely stayed quiet when an interesting scene unfolded before his eyes: Allitt had somehow managed to come back. Speechless, Ghost stood there dumbfounded as the other students squabbled over whether or not she could be trusted again...

 

Up above...

 

Striker was bewildered at the sight of Allitt on the optical display. Protocols immediately kicked in as he quickly reached for the radio and tried to hail the Highwind, hoping that Master Riku wasn't out of maximum range. "Striker to Riku! We've got an emergency! Fugitive Allitt has been spotted on the world! Repeat! Allitt has been spotted on the world! Currently interacting with the student as I speak! Orders, master?!" At the same time he was making the call, the instructor once again reached for the master arm switch and this time selected the side cannon armament for the ship and started flying in a wide, slow, lazy circle around Allitt's location.

Lucas took a step forward(after being invisible and oblivious to everything at this point cause i couldnt be bothered to post) and looked at Alitt. "So...You think that after all you said to us before, and what you tried to do back in Twilight Town, that we'll just let you join us just like that? We haven't forgotten what you were doing with the nobodies before." He looked down for a second. "But...I suppose everyone deserves a second chance. So fine, i'm ok with letting you join us. But if you try anything..."

 

He then looked onto the ground and saw a circle lazily aiming around Alitt and Joel was in range of it. Oh crap... Without thinking he immediately ran forward on impulse and tried to grab Joel's arm and Alitt's arm and drag them out of the way. But by accident, Lucas ended up grabbing a certain...part of Alitt's chest and pushed her and Joel out of the way of the circle with all of his force, which led to the three of them all falling to the ground immediately after. He then started to get up as he realized where he grabbed Alitt, and started sheepishly grinning. "Uh....Sorry about that?"

Allitt

 

As Allitt listened to the students' responses, she felt relived. Good... They're not jumping at me right from the start. She was surprised by Lucas'... sudden action, and glared at the boy when she stood up. "What the heck was that for?! Are all of you academy students like this?" She looked away from Lucas, and took a few deep breaths, trying to calm herself down. "A-anyway... As I was trying to say... I know you can't trust me, but the thing is, I'm really in no shape to take you all on. Do you really think I'm stupid enough to try to fight you all at once, while I'm still weak from what that crazy instructor did to me?" She asked. "Oh, and don't worry, Raidyn." Allitt turned to her old rival. "I'll shut up, promise. And I understand if your girlfriend and the others don't trust me."

 

(By the way Javelin, I'll give you something to shoot in a minute. )

(Umm, I think Jav meant that Striker was flying around in a circle. Unless his cannons and armaments project the area in which their projectiles can hit, I don't think there would be any aiming circles on the ground. Buuut whatevs.)

Joel hit his head when he tumbled to the ground with Lucas and Allitt. Rubbing his head. he exclaimed, "Ow! What was that for?" Not noticing the awkwardness that had ensued, he looked up and noticed a large ship slowly circling overhead like a vulture. So that's where the Instructor's been, Joel thought.

Not wanting to get shot or tackled again, Joel rolled away from the other two, popped back up next to Indy and dusted himself off.

"Then you won't mind the cuffs and bamboo poles." Brooklyn muttered, slapping the first cuff on her wrist, a bamboo pole in the ground and the other half of the handcuffs locked around it. "And anyway, no, not all of us want to cope a feel from someone like him; he's just nasty."

Riku

"Wait, what?!" Riku was surprised. How did she get there? She was at the academy... Did she stow away on my ship? "Striker, keep an eye on her. If she's confronting all of the students alone, she's probably not trying to attack. If she does anything suspicious, capture her again. I'll tell Sora what happened, and have him making some preparations for the prisoner once she returns." He ordered the instructor, then relayed the information to Sora back at the academy.

 

Allitt

 

"Geez, you're really going all out, aren't you?" The cloaked girl sighed. "I'll do the handcuffs, but don't leave me here. Besides, can you really trust me on my own?" She smirked at Brooklyn.

Allitt

"Heh...Sorry about that, it's just, i saw that Ship aiming at you two, so i tried to grab your arms and drag you out of the way...It all happened so fast, and I accidentally grabbed your...You know what. My point is, that was an accident and I'm really sorry about that." HE was blushing intensely as he tried to apologize and kept his eyes to the ground.

(I asked Firaga about that earlier, he said that it was being projected around Alitt and Joel, so i rolled with the excuse that Lucas didn't want his friend in danger , since Joel was right in the line of fire too, and he went in to get you guys out of the way)

Lucas then turned to Joel. "Heh, sorry about that. I wanted to make sure you guys weren't in the line of fire from that." He poitned up to the ship above them. "So yeah..."

"Then you won't mind the cuffs and bamboo poles." Brooklyn muttered, slapping the first cuff on her wrist, a bamboo pole in the ground and the other half of the handcuffs locked around it. "And anyway, no, not all of us want to cope a feel from someone like him; he's just nasty."

THe boy then looked over at Brooklyn. "HEY, I HEARD THAT. I told you, it was an ACCIDENT. Nothing else..."

Riku

"Wait, what?!" Riku was surprised. How did she get there? She was at the academy... Did she stow away on my ship? "Striker, keep an eye on her. If she's confronting all of the students alone, she's probably not trying to attack. If she does anything suspicious, capture her again. I'll tell Sora what happened, and have him making some preparations for the prisoner once she returns." He ordered the instructor, then relayed the information to Sora back at the academy.

 

Allitt

 

"Geez, you're really going all out, aren't you?" The cloaked girl sighed. "I'll do the handcuffs, but don't leave me here. Besides, can you really trust me on my own?" She smirked at Brooklyn.

Seeing the scene that occurred before him, Gaku was a little amused, but it did not faze him a little. He knows the Instructor wouldn't strike down the enemy with the students in the way. "Moron. He's basically doing surveillance on the students to make sure we are okay. He wouldn't strike down without warning us. Of course, he exposed himself because he noticed the prisoner." Before the hilarity issued, Gaku was able to hear the thoughts of Allitt, which showed no harm. 'Guess she's telling the truth, but I still have the right to remain suspicious anyways.' Gaku thought.

 

(Please note: when you see THIS, That's gaku communicating through telepathy among the person he chooses to communicate with. If you see 'THIS' with quotations, Gaku is thinking and nobody can hear him in their heads. Just want to make that clear.)

 

Gaku watched as Brooklyn handcuffed Allitt, who advises that someone should keep an eye out on her. "Most of you guys known her and trust her somewhat. However, she's right, she's still an enemy in my eyes. Therefore, I will keep an eye out on her, since I have no connection to the prisoner." Gaku proclaimed. He notices that some students looked at him with question, as in "who the hell is this guy?" or "When did he get here?" "Perhaps I should probably clear this up. The name's Gaku Sakuraba, I'm a student from the Keyblade Academy. Some of you don't recognize me because I did not take the same classes you guys took, so I'm bit of an advanced Wielder. I was assigned to be at the orientation to do a mission with you all, but I skipped out due to personal reasons." Gaku explained.

[Nexus Shift]

Zale took control as he followed Gaku and Brooklyn back to the camp, the dark twin watching the landscape, expecting trouble. He nearly lunged at Allitt when she showed up, but Annistha intervened.

[Nexus Shift]

The Light Twin started circling around behind Allitt as she loosed her arm muscles, prepping to respond to any situation. This was one of the times she agreed with Zale's paranoid outlook on life.

"So, explain your interest in sticking with us." She said, stopping on the other side of Allitt from most of the other students. "Oh, and please use simple terms. My brother is a little slow."

Allitt

 

As Allitt listened to the students' responses, she felt relived. Good... They're not jumping at me right from the start. She was surprised by Lucas'... sudden action, and glared at the boy when she stood up. "What the heck was that for?! Are all of you academy students like this?" She looked away from Lucas, and took a few deep breaths, trying to calm herself down. "A-anyway... As I was trying to say... I know you can't trust me, but the thing is, I'm really in no shape to take you all on. Do you really think I'm stupid enough to try to fight you all at once, while I'm still weak from what that crazy instructor did to me?" She asked. "Oh, and don't worry, Raidyn." Allitt turned to her old rival. "I'll shut up, promise. And I understand if your girlfriend and the others don't trust me."

 

(By the way Javelin, I'll give you something to shoot in a minute. )

 

(Umm, I think Jav meant that Striker was flying around in a circle. Unless his cannons and armaments project the area in which their projectiles can hit, I don't think there would be any aiming circles on the ground. Buuut whatevs.)

Joel hit his head when he tumbled to the ground with Lucas and Allitt. Rubbing his head. he exclaimed, "Ow! What was that for?" Not noticing the awkwardness that had ensued, he looked up and noticed a large ship slowly circling overhead like a vulture. So that's where the Instructor's been, Joel thought.

Not wanting to get shot or tackled again, Joel rolled away from the other two, popped back up next to Indy and dusted himself off.

[Just think of what Striker is doing flying in a lazy circle as the same thing an AC-130 would do in CoD: Just flying in a circle, but is always like a mile away and high in the sky. And there's no laser sight on the cannons. That would just give his position away obviously and ruin stealth -.-']

[High in the sky above the Training Camp, aboard the gummi ship Overwatch]

 

Instructor Striker could only watch as hilarity ensued between Lucas and Allitt. It was apparent that the student also spotted his gummi ship, and it was now that he decided to fix the problem as he flew into the could layer and stayed a little bit further than normal for air support. The optical sensors were still trained on Allitt and Ghost as he watched carefully for what would happen next; his trigger finger still resting on the fire button for a side cannon that's more than ready to shoot it's lethal payload at the fugitive. 

 

The situation rather tense for the instructor given the proximity of the students to Allitt and the most likely fact that the masters want her alive, he managed to catch a moment of relief when Riku's voice boomed through the radio speakers. "Wait, what?! Striker, keep an eye on her. If she's confronting all of the students alone, she's probably not trying to attack. If she does anything suspicious, capture her again. I'll tell Sora what happened, and have him making some preparations for the prisoner once she returns." 

 

With the ship on autopilot as it was flying in a large circle with Allitt at the center, the instructor reached for the mic. "Striker to Riku, copy that. I'll keep my eyes on her and take appropriate actions when needed."

 

Meanwhile... At the camp...

 

Ghost caught sight of Luca's 'accident' and giggled like an idiot. " I don't blame ya, mate" he managed to say between snorts, covering his face and hiding his approval from the girl and Rei. "If anything, having you near Allitt is already a great form of punishment for her!"

"Sup?"

Zion was floating behind Alitt, eating something with chopsticks. "I got take-out. And found sexual harrassment." She sighed. "While I applaud initiative, accidents get people hurt. Especially if, next time, your face ends there." She munches on noodles for a moment. "As a teacher I can watch this wayward student, as it is wrong to leave someone alone. Even if they betrayed you, tore your heart up, yaknow. The works." Pointed look to Alitt. "Or we all go together. Up to you guys, I'm just here to make sure you dont blow up the world."

 

Rei giggled at it all, then hopped off Ghost. "Mommy!"

With a massive leap she stole Zion's food and dashed back to Ghost, and began toneat.

Chopsticks still in her mouth, Zion blinked.

"...well, there goes my lunch." She said. Tapping her earpiece..."striker! Make some pizza. My daughter stole my chinese takeout."
