I'm now at the point where we meet Sabin and later on the party gets separated after that raft segment and I'm loving every second of this game so far.

Though one thing,if you're gonna play FF6....DON'T PLAY THE PS1 VERSION AT ALL!!!

 

For some reason this version has slowdowns everytime you save the game,the transition to battles is slower than the SNES version by a lot and the possible glitches that you can encounter in the PS1 version are more than the SNES version

 

Just pick the SNES,GBA or the Virtual console version of the game.The only reason I got the PSP version just because of the convenience of having it on my PsP.....I tried the iOSAndroid version from my friend's iOS and it felt so awkward to control and the new sprites are weird and not as appealing to me as the FFIV PsP version sprites

 

I have the Virtual ConsoleGBA and PS1 version of the game currently

 

I'll alternate between FFVI and FFX as of now so it might take sometime for me before I attempt to review VI....I might finish 9 first so I hope you guys are looking forward to that.....assuming I have any degree of well-known to begin with

Good luck with that!  Kefka's tower was a bit of fun, though just make sure that you've evened out your parties a fair bit, and try not to have Celes and Terra in the same group.  Try to have a strong healer and magic user in each group, if possible.

Regarding Cid: I've played through Final Fantasy VI, hmm, at least four times, and I've played it both ways.  The first time I let him die, though, mostly because I couldn't figure out how not to feed him rotten fish. : P

I timed the fishing easily btw do you guys get a feeling that your being watch, and laugh at in my profile pic?

continent (the one with Albrook and Tzen). Fly high in the air and you'll see a

small green spot in the middle of the mountain range. Land there and you'll

enter the Phoenix Cave.

I'm not a big Setzer fan to begin with, but I had wished they didn't include him in KH2 at all.  If they were going to do it, they should've done it right, but I too felt that they ruined him.  I keep hoping that someone like Locke or Celes will enter the games, but I'm probably holding onto a non-existent dream.  Someone from XIII will probably join in first.

Boy I'll be the happiest FF and KH fan alive if Celes was included.

 

As for Setzer,while he isn't my favorite FF6 character(that title is for Celes,Sabin and Terra) I thought he was really cool in FF6

 

They ruined him in KH2 the moment they made him a Struggle player just to have a very small cameo against Roxas....

 

They could've gave Setzer his own gummi ship where he travels around the worlds collecting treasures.....There were many ways to include him in a better fashion

 

Heck he could've been a cool party member to join us in Hollow Bastion or heck even an optional boss battle....but instead they gave his gambling and card attacks to Luxord instead(No seriously Luxord's fighting style is heavily based on Setzer's attacks from FF6)

 

Btw,Setzer was actually designed by Nomura during the development of FFVI

It's not hard as it's sounds, give your weaker party mog and no encounters for them, with your strong party is probaly strong enough for mobs, also, your stronger party should fight the boss.

Oh, and the Kefka tower has 3 parties you should go with so...

Mog went back to Narshe I assume so I'll go there once I get Relm back...I already got Shadow back and thank god no more ditching

I'm now at Cyan's dream in Doma(I said let me visit the castle)and holy shit this dungeon is so long

 

Anyway I reached the boss,and by total accident I've tried every spell until X-zone which completely demolished that boss

 

Anyway,got all of Cyan's sword technique and got the Esper Alexander

Not yet,I got Alexander after finishing Cyan's Nightmare...where can I get Odin,as Zantetsuken will be very useful for me during grinding(I've used Odin a lot in FF7 when I was grinding)

You get a better esper after you get Odin in the same location.
