Kingdom Hearts - Sora's Soul Theory

Posted

I watched this video and I was really convinced my thoughts about Sora. Is Sora actually connected to kingdom hearts?Take a look at it and see for yourself:

Tell me what you guys think about this theory.

Very interesting. There was some inaccurate information here and there, but still, very interesting. This would be a theory I'd be all for, except that two things are rubbing me the wrong way:1. While the whole body/heart/soul composition in the series always intrigued me, the theme has always been about just one of those aspects: the heart. How strong it is, whether it falls to dark or light, how it connects to other hearts, and much more. To suddenly put so much focus on the soul... it just doesn't feel natural. While I wold like them to give some attention to the soul (similar to how the Body got attention in KH2), I don't know if I'd want it to take center stage in KH3.2. Nomura has constantly reiterated that Sora is just an ordinary boy, even having him fail the Mark of Mastery Exam so that players can be on more even ground with him at the beginning of KH3. I feel like having him be a part of Kingdom Hearts would make him anything but ordinary, which would go against Nomura's intentions.I'm all for this theory, but these two essential pillars of the series kind of debunk it. Though there could be a different variation of it in the final product.

Sora might be the strongest person who might be connected to Kingdom hearts.Maybe that's why Sora's keyblade is called the kingdom key.

This guys theories are always so off base and people eat it up.The components of a somebody. The heart- The heart is the most important component of a complete person. It is what shapes the body and is what gives each person their own identity. Molded by ones memories and experiences it is essentially makes each individual unique. The body- The hearts container and vessel. The soul- The literal life force of the body. It animates the body allowing it to carry out the will of the heart. A person is driven, molded, and willed forward by the heart. The soul merely gives the body the opportunity to carry out that will. Think of it like a remote controlled car. The body is the car itself and the soul would be the batteries that allow it to operate. The heart and mind would the remote control and the receiver chip the two together aid the car to do specific things. To say Sora's soul is that of Kingdom Hearts is to say that the life force of the entire universe rests with safety of a boy who regularly places himself in harms way. That being said the universe should have fell to darkness when Sora did in DDD. Guess the worlds missed that memo :IAlso his point about Namine and Roxas is completely wrong. For starters only Roxas carried Sora's body and soul as Sora's nobody this is a given. Namine was not using Sora's body and soul rather she used them as an intermediary to form an existence. This why she has power over Sora's memories. She is an exception to the rule and truly fits the definition of a nobody as she truly never was meant to exist. Finally while Sora was not chosen in the traditional manner the Keyblade did in fact chose him. The Keyblade recognized Sora's heart to posses all the qualities necessary to wield the keyblade. Coupled with his natural ability to wield one it passed into his possession. If that's not enough for people if you really think about it the keyblade chose Sora twice after returning from Riku to Sora. Sora's heart only special ability is its innocence. The ability to see the light in everything despite the darkness. As Ansem the Wise stated the love that Sora's heart for other people is what gives Sora strength that is the true meaning behind "My friends are my power". It's Sora's ability to love that makes him so strong you need no further proof then his opening of the door to light in KH2.

I wonder if the kingdom key is part of kingdom hearts in some way.

I don't think so though I suppose at this point its not impossible. I've always thought of it as the keyblade that represents the Realm of Light.

Kind of reminds me of the joke theory, that because of Sora's ability to connect hearts, he will eventually become (an artificial) kingdom hearts!

This .. This guy needs to quit posting his stupid theories that aren't even factually accurate

My theory is that Sora is Sora

"I am who I am because of them."

This also proves that Pence is the adoptive father of Hayner, who in turn is the biological son of Leon- meaning that his aunt is actually Seifer, ya know?

You forgot to mention that I'm Goofy's mother.

I'm not saying that Sora is Kingdom Hearts i'm saying that he's connected to Kingdom hearts, the true kingdom hearts.

This is probably true to some extent. I mean for heaven's sake, there are TWO Kingdom Keys in the design of the X-Blade, the protector of the true Kingdom Hearts.

I wonder if their's another person who is wielding the same exactly keyblade that Sora has. That would explain where the two kingdom keys on the X-blade came from.

Maybe, but Roxas wields the same exact keyblade that Sora wields. It may be a character that we don't know yet. What do you say about this?

Do they? Roxas wields the Kingdom Key at the same time Sora does, but honestly, that part still confuses me (in regards to who is sharing what).Hmm... it COULD a new character. I remember one of Xehanort's reports from BBS hinting there were other Keyblade wielders they didn't know of. But idk, I'm not too hip on the idea of introducing a new original character in a game that is already going to have a full roster.

This confuses me too. I hope in KH3 all of are questions will be answered.

The keyblade Roxas and Sora use are one and the same. During their simultaneous existence they both were sharing it's power. Those other wielder Xehanort talks about existed during his youth if they are still I doubt they will make a prominent impact on the current plot.Remember it's seven lights and thirteen darknesses that make up the X-blade not two Kingdom Key's.

All hearts are connected to Kingdom hearts its where they are born and where they return once they die. Sora himself is not extraordinary rather he has accomplished extraordinary things.
