Even is just saying he has a feeling they will meat again. He doesn't know about Sora or Roxas yet, but he is most likely reffering to Roxas even though nobody knows about him yet...

cuz terranort lost his memory after the battle with aqua so....

i dont think a nobody would regain their somebodys lost memories

That's why the Chamber of Repose was built, so he could gain his lost memories. And Aqua's armor is helping him do that.

According to Nomura:

 

Xemnas is the creation of both Master Xehanort and Terra, he receives memories from both.

Xemnas is making a reference to Roxas and Even was making a reference that they will meet again in some form, he doesn't know sora yet

Doesn't Even say 'Cross paths again'? So he was probably referring (Though he didn't know it at the time) to Roxas and Sora, since they have something to do with Ven.
