Remember back when Capcom didn't suck dick like what they're used to now?

 

Remember back when Capcom was kicking ass and making amazing games like Megaman X,Marvel Vs Capcom,Breath of Fire,Darkstalkers,Resident Evil 2 & 3,Viewtiful Joe,Devil May Cry 3 and many other awesome games that made them almost the king of third party companies back then alongside Square Soft??

 

 

Yeah,those were the days,and unfortunately those days are long gone.

 

I'm just in total shock and disbelief of what happened to Capcom and how horribly low they fell from being one of the greatest video game companies in existence into what's possibly the most hated 3rd party company ever(Aside from EA)

 

 

Like many others here and elsewhere,Capcom games were a huge part of my childhood as a gamer,back then I used to consider their logo a seal of quality because of how good their old games were,back then I loved them as much as I loved Square and Nintendo back in the SNESPs1&N64 era.Games like Megaman X4,Marvel Vs Capcom and many others defined my childhood....they used to produce GOLD in form of games back then.

 

Nowadays,their just shitting a turd after turd after turd or horrible games riddled with on-disc DLC and true ending DLC,not to mention the amount of Megaman games they've canceled over the years blaming the fans for them that ignited my hatred for them to an extreme level.

 

And now they're paying the price of their f***-ups,with less than 150$ million in the bank and continuous losses from their blind approach to the mobile market

 

 

 

 

I think they'll be gone by 2016 or at least the tail end of 2015

 

We've told them countless amount of times,we begged them,we screamed everywhere trying to tell them to stop their shady practices,give us at least one Megaman game,slow down the DLC machine,bring back their old franchises and give us a true survival horror Resident Evil game.....but they've turned deaf ears to us...and look what happened

 

 

Capcom.How many times do you have to fail, over....

 

 

and over....

 

 

And over...

 

 

And over...and over again....for you to actually listen and see the truth?

 

 

As much as I hate Capcom now with the passion of burning sun,I honestly don't think their death would be a good thing,it'll be just the start of the domino effect that will hit other companies like Square....one after the other ...until a second crash in the gaming industry would occur.

 

 

For the love of god Capcom.......STOP SUCKING ASS

That is if Namco didn't drop the project altogether,ever since the SFXT on disc DLC debacle Namco hasn't revealed anything.....ANYTHING for Tekken X Street Fighter....not even a trailer,a screenshot or anything

 

The project was announced in the beginning of 2011.....now it's almost mid 2014 and we haven't heard anything except for Harada(Tekken's producer) saying that they didn't cancel the project,but now that project isn't a priority to them.

Anyway if Capcom gets there act better I hope they make Hanna Barbera vs Capcom.

I don't think I can be your friend anymore Metal Snake it seems like we disagree more and more. The new Devil May cry game I thought so far is made very well.

 

I even think Lightning Returns is a awesome game so goodbye sir.

lol at people still thinking Capcom has any hope left. Oh look at their investments on more buildings+they'll hope to have 2,500 internal developers by 2022. GL surviving these next 2 years, even Reviewtech thinks they won't last more than 2 years from now.

It's called facing reality. Not sure how it translates to whiners. It's been stated that it's not just one franchise, it's multiple of them. The only thing I see going for them is the Monster Hunter franchise, but I've heard that the mobile parts have failed to meet their expectations or something like that. (I'm too lazy to go back to read articles.)

And besides, Capcom has shitted upon the Megaman franchise so much that they do deserve the complaints. It's simple logic. I haven't even started on how much Capcom doesn't listen to their fans or go as far as saying it's the fans' fault for x game canceled, etc. Tell me who the firetruck wouldn't be pissed off at that bs?

look at Darkstalkers,Breath of Fire,Rival School....etc

 

And even outside the abandoned franchises,the quality of their recent games aren't even close to their old ones

 

Resident Evil games are now Call of Duty clones instead of true survival horror

 

Their games are riddled with on disc DLC and true ending DLC that pissed a lot of customers off...and a ton of other things that isn't Megaman but contributed to why we hate Capcom heck I know people who never knew Megaman but they hated Capcom.

 

Besides,how would you feel if Square canceled Kingdom Hearts 3 and blamed you and the fans for the cancelation like what Capcom did with Megaman Legends 3
