Since there are a different developers from the first two and the one DICE is currently making, I don't know how they will do this, but I hope this gets announced during E3 this year for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC since those were the platforms that first two Battlefronts appeared on. Let me know what you think.

Still, I doubt any members on here really cares for Battlefield or CoD. It just doesn't seem that not much members are into shooters.

The first and second Star Wars Battlefront games are the only shooters I like- if they remade them (and possibly added trophy support) I'd buy them in a heartbeat

The Lego games are really good(at least the first two anyways)

I forgot about the LEGO Star Wars  games. Yea they are also very fun. 

I play FPS, but only Battlefield and Bioshock.

 

As for Battlefront series, I don't know... I kinda want to see what the new one will have in store. an HD remaster is nice, could help rekindle interest in the series.

Both of those games are already on PC. And Battlefront II is also on 360.

 

They might release them as PS2 Classics but that's it. They're focusing on the new Battlefront game.

I just checked on my Xbox 360 for Battlefront 2 and it does not exist in the Bing search engine on the Xbox 360 so they never ported it the 360. Just because Battlefronts 1 and 2 were for PC , doesn't mean they can't make a HD remaster for the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360.

Battlefront II is playable on all Xbox 360 models and can use the DLC.

 

They aren't going to do a HD remaster. Trust me, I'd like one but they won't do it. They would have done one by now if they were going too.

 

EA probably won't even touch all the old Star Wars games.

True, EA has yet to release any type of HD collections for any platforms, but I will wait until E3 before I give up hope on a HD remaster of the first two battlefronts .

I've never played the games, and would love a chance to do so. However, considering EA would be behind it... No thanks, I'll just get the originals off of Steam.
