Remember the two trademarks about a Pokemon fighting game that appeared after that teaser in the Pokemon Game Show in Japan?

 

Well turns out it's actually true as the trademark has been recently registered

Now this could mean anything,but I don't think it'll be merchandise as the link says

 

Cuz after seeing a fan game called Pokemon Typewild(which is literally a Pokemon fighting game)....

 

 

There is a huge chance for a Pokemon fighting game to be made

 

though from the name of the trademark maybe Namco is going to develop this one....though(as much as I hate to say this)I'd prefer Capcom to handle it since they made the Marvel Vs Capcom series.....though knowing Capcom they'll screw it up somehow so....no

Namco should be bought by Nintendo, honestly. First smash 4, then this Tekken styled pokemon game

Namco is very big and they'll cost a crapton of money to be bought

 

Besides,they didn't give us Tales of Symphonia HD and Soul Calibur 2 HD even though both came to the GameCube back then...so yeah I think them getting Capcom is much easier than buying Namco

 

Besides,Namco now is part of Bandai,which is a much bigger corporation than Namco

I'd prefer to be able to send my own Pokemon in to battle it out. Hopefully you can do something like that even if it's a Tekken like game.

At first I thought it'll be a crossover with Street Fighter where each fighter has a Pokemon that joins him in Tag battle that's similar to the fighter in his style

 

like Ryu & Lucario,Ken and Blaziken,M.Bison and Mewtwo,Rosa and Gardevoir....etc

I honestly wouldn't pick it it up if it worked that way.

I dunno,that's just my speculation,then again I don't want Capcom to come close to this so they won't screw it up
