There's a QTE/Reaction Command sequence that ends with Sora delivering the game's expected cliche line about friendship #84, raises his keyblade and before striking the final blow, behind him is every protaganist, from the main cast, FF and Disney worlds, in a pose. Like the scene in DDD where all the assumed GoL are behind him. 

 

I feel like this will happen. 

 

And it'll be awesome.

Well , aren't the FF and Disney worlds a lot ? I mean , it would be kinda weird .

FFXV style...

I think ALL the characters is a bit too much, just the main cast and maybe a couple of FF like Cloud and Leon are enough.

There’s one final quick-time event you must complete, where Xehanort winds up all the power of Kingdom Hearts and throws a black-hole ball at Sora. After which, Sora hits it out of the park in a home-run, shattering his Keyblade and creating a black hole that sucks Xehanort in, thus gifting him the endless darkness he so sought after for all his life (This is Nomura’s version of poetic justice.)
