The Sims 4 has been rated 18+ by the Russian Federation, prohibiting sales of the game to minors. The rating is due to a controversial Russian law that prohibits the promotion of same-sex relationships to children.

In The Sims?  No, it's always been possible.  A male Sim could get pregnant in The Sims 2 on PC. It was quite a funny process to watch.

Yep, but you haven't seen the actual process of characters like Xaldin going through pregnancy. Then again, there's that image too.
