In the attached image, you see the work of a drunk. Trying to access the link actually seems to fail for me as it apparently cannot be found or is unavailable. What's more searching Kingdom Hearts III on their website just shows availability for PS4 and XBOX ONE.

Surely you had a good look at the image? It's a pre-order for Kingdom Hearts III on PC. Either it's a misunderstanding, or the biggest leak in video game history.
