Okay so in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, we see Roxas and Xemnas speak to each other. When Xemnas is leaving, he touches Roxas's shoulder. I know Xemnas somehow managed to erase his memory. But why?

What was the point of erasing Roxas's memory? Did he know something he shouldn't have known?

I'm watching the cutscenes on YouTube. SO I have no clue if I've missed something.

Hm... well then what happened?

Also, why is it that when Xion is in Roxas's point of view, we see Xion? But in Axel's or someone else's point of view, she has a hood on? Just curious. These questions keep eating me up.

Fool. He just touched his shoulder.

Roxas see's Kairi in Xion because of Sora's memories inside Roxas.

It's okay. Sorry about that :P

Xemnas didn't erased Roxas' memory, he just forgot what Xemnas had said. After all, the scene in the Dark Margin took place 6 days after Roxas was born, so memories from that early in his life were hard for him to recall. As for Xion, her appearance depends upon the strongest memories of those who look at her. Saix saw her merely as a doll, Xigbar often saw her as Ventus, and Xemnas sometimes saw Sora. The members of the Organization who didn't have strong enough memories to influence their outlook on her, saw her based on the strongest memory she possessed: Sora's memory of Kairi. And therefore saw her as Roxas did, Kairi with black hair.

Ohhhhh..... Well... now I feel kinda dumb. Thanks for clearing that up. I probably should've known that from the beginning :P

I believe it was the Terra side of Xemnas that touched Roxas's shoulder.

Happy to help! And don't worry about not knowing it, the Kingdom Hearts series is not simple :P

Yeah true. I usually figure out KH stuff before I can figure out homework xD

That's kind of why I feel dumb.
