Okay, we all know that Terra, Aqua, Ventus, Roxas, Xion, and Namine have to be saved, and also that in order to get to Ven Aqua's gonna have to be saved first, but does anyone think there is going to be, or should be, a specific order in which they have to be saved beyond Aqua and Ven, as well as a reason for the order? Thoughts?

Riku and the king need to find Aqua first because she knows where Ventus is and if they don't save Aqua first they can't find Ventus.

By the way that Nomura told the synopsis, it sounds like Sora, Donald and Goofy are going to help Roxas, Namine and Xion while Master Riku and King Mickey are going to find Aqua and then she'll help them find and restore Ventus; the real question would be who gets their job done first. My guess would be SDG because I imagine Riku and King Mickey having a little bit more trouble in their job, considering they have to enter the Realm of Darkness. As for Terra, either they can rip him from Terra-nort's body before the final battle or after it.

Maybe Sora can use his heart to find Ventus.

Maybe Sora can use his heart to find Ventus.

Only Aqua has the ability to navigate Castle Oblivion safely its heavily based on memory so using Ventus's heart as a homing beacon wouldn't work as the castle would just shift around. Aqua is the only one who has the memory of the Chamber of Waking.

True, but Since Ventus is still in Sora's heart all he has to go is follow his heart. Aqua on the other hand can do just like you said above.

In theory yes but in practice no. Even though Ventus's heart could theoretically be used as tracking beacon for his body the castle itself would fight against that plan. Every room you enter within Castle Oblivion is based on memory and by extention the only way to enter Chamber of Waking is with memory. Because only Aqua has the memory of that room only she can find it.

That's a good point.

Well in terms of order, like most of the members have said here, Aqua needs to be saved first, for only she can be able to go through Castle Oblivion and find Ventus.  After that, the rest is smooth sailing. (Smooth sailing being battling hordes of Heartless/Nobodies/Unversed/(Insert New Enemy Type Here.) Lol, yeah, that's the Keyblade Warrior's life for ya! xD)  It'll be awesome seeing Sora and the gang saving the fallen wielders one by one! :D

Everyone and then if they absolutely have to, then they can save Xion.

After Mickey and Riku find Aqua they can go to Castle Oblivion but since Sora is on his own mission they won't be able to save Ventus until he returns. When Sora gets the "Key to Return Hearts" he'll probably be able to save Roxas and Xion. Then depending on who he meets first; Namine or Ventus but Namine is more likely since she is similar to Xion and Roxas so they would probably look for Kairi before meeting Riku. With Terra almost guaranteed to be last since he's in Xehanort's Hands(possible along with Master Eraqus) but since Aqua, Riku, and Mickey need Sora for Ventus, those 3 might get Terra first. Although without the "Key to Return Hearts" they might not be able to help him without Sora too. It would be more emotional though it Terra got to see Ventus sleeping. Vanitas might be trapped as well based on that one scene in DDD so he might be accidentally freed with Ventus.

So all together I think it's most likely:

Aqua

Roxas and Xion

Namine

Ventus(and possibly Vanitas)

Terra(and possible Eraqus)

I'm sure there are (hopefully) going to be surprises though like maybe Sora freeing Terra first right after getting the "Key to Return Hearts" even before Aqua is found xD

Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Lea, and Pluto go into the dark realm first to find Aqua and Ansem the Wise.

Then, the heroes go with Aqua to the Keyblade Graveyard to find the Lingering Will, while Ansem the Wise goes to his lab in Twilight Town to prepare something. Riku faces the armor in a one-on-one battle as the young master tries to convince te armor that he's his successor. Hopefully, by then, Riku has Terra's heart and returns it to its' rightful owner. Then, Terra is fully restored.

Next, they go to Twilight Town's Old Mansion. Then, Sora reawakens Roxas, and Kairi reawakens Namine through the memory pods. Then, Namime helps Roxas remember of another friend. Roxas remembers and requests he returns to Sora's heart very briefly. He finds Xion in Destiny Islands within Sora's soul world. He brings her back up and she gets a new attire in Twilight Town, finally feeling she can let the dark parts of her past go. Sora and Kairi find Roxas and Xion's black coats and Namine's sketchpad in Namine's room in the old mansion. They ask the trio if they forgot them and wanted them. In unison, the trio says: keep them. Roxas says: I think I speak for the three of us when I say "we can finally let it go." The trio decides to live in Twilight Town, finally calling it their home. And Roxas vows to protect it and everyone who inhabit it at all costs.

Next, the team heads to Castle Oblivion. In front of the castle doors, Lea shares with Terra and Aqua about what he knows of their former home: the Organization finding it, Xemnas giving the empty castle its' new dreadful name, and everything that happened in Chain of Memories and 358/2 days. Everyone else listens to Lea as well. As they approach the castle, Kairi asks Sora if he wants to stay behind, fearing he might lose his memories again. He says he'll be fine as long as his friends are with him; he also reminds her why they're at the castle in the first place: to find the Chamber of Repose and reawaken Ventus. And only Aqua knows where it is.

They find the chamber with Ventus inside it. He wakes up and finds his friends in front of him. He cries with overjoy and hugs each friend one by one. Then, they head to the Mysterious Tower for Yen Sid's final words of advice, but not before using their weapons, Wayfinders, and bonds to restore the Land of Departure.
