Seriously Luigi is surprisingly malcious and evil here

 

Heck what happened with me can't be a coincidence.Every time I chose Waluigi,Luigi came and screwed me over THREE TIMES IN A ROW!! 3 tracks of the Mushroom cup on my 100cc difficulty playthrough were just Luigi screwing me over with a green shell right before the finish line or biting me with a Pirhana Plant.

 

At this point I'm sure Luigi is programmed to screw Waluigi,I chose Bowser in the next cup and Luigi couldn't do shit to me,then I switched to Waluigi again in the special cup and Luigi was on my ass as soon as the race began.

The way I see it, it's Nintendo's way of getting revenge for the failure that was the Year of Luigi.
