It's his job to oversee development.

No, I mean Square-Enix. I think Nomura legitimately wants to give us information but he can't for some reason. We don't know who, what, or why this reason is. I won't point fingers at any individual person until we know exactly what is going on. It's called "collective responsibility".

Because the higher ups at Square don't allow him to speak about the game until their asses give him a permission to do so
