Why do I not just 'deauthorise' Machine A and 'authorise' Machine B?" And Sony lets you download the PS3 game to two home consoles without any transfers. You know, if I ever purchased another 3DS I'd like to be able to re-download everything I downloaded on the Nintendo eShop in the past without any transfers, this includes titles removed from the eShop. All for free.

Why do I not just 'deauthorise' Machine A and 'authorise' Machine B?" if you actually took the time to understand the news, you DO transfer content from A to B,but you can also redownload the content you transfered again on A And it's not like it's that big of a deal as content is STILL transfered to B but you can get it back to A no problem or if you used your mind copy the content of A on an external SD card then put them back in or just redownload them just like what I did when my Xbox 360 broke,I logged to my brother's Xbox 360,redownloaded everything that was on the old Xbox 360 again Also why does it bother you when you don't have a Wii U nor do you plan on buying one anyway?I don't think the competition will reward you for find out on things as trivial as this especially since the only case you wanna transfer your content is if your current console broke and you need to buy a new one Edited July 22, 201411 yr by Annoying D Waluigi

YOU CAN DOWNLOAD ON YOUR HOME CONSOLE WITHOUT ANY TRANSFER DON'T MAKE SHIT UP,YOU CAN LOG WITH YOUR NINTENDO ID ON THE OTHER WII U AND REDOWNLOAD ALL THE GAMES YOU HAD IF YOU DOWNLOADED THEM FROM THE E-SHOP And don't lie if you got a physical Ps3 game you can't download it for free of the PS Store so again....don't make shit up cuz I couldn't download SF4 for free off the PS Store when I got a physical copy if you got games digitally from the e-shop as far as I know you'll be able to redownload them the current update only apply on Wii U and it's only there if your Wii U broke and you got a new one
July 22, 201411 yr Author Woah, calm down. What's with all the transfer stuff then? I'm not lying. Lol. If you read my post clearly I said Sony let you download the PS3 game to two home consoles. I never mentioned purchasing it on Blu-ray. And usually, you'd expect something like this to follow on 3DS. Since you know, it's the same company, network etc.

Yeah I can redownload games if I got them digitally not if I got a physical version They might give the 3DS the same update so don't rush it until we get more news Edited July 22, 201411 yr by Annoying D Waluigi
July 22, 201411 yr Nintendo have always been severely behind in terms of online features for their consoles. It's nice they are starting to catch up with account systems now but they should of done this a long time ago.
July 22, 201411 yr Considering you don't own a Wii U or plan to I don't see why you are complaining about how Nintendo handles its online infrastructure. This transferring thing is already in place for Wii -> Wii transferring, Wii -> Wii U transferring and for DSi -> 3DS transferring. I'm pretty sure it's the normal for 3DS to 3DS as well but I'm too lazy to check. It's mainly because Nintendo are a bit backwards when it comes to the whole "games are tied to the machine rather than your NNID" thing. Please don't think PSN is some sort of saving grace because it too has a lot of faults. Neither Xbox Live, PSN or Nintendo Network ID is flawless and each one has its own way of handling stuff.
