Robin appeared on stage at Arena Ferox, he had come to discuss the strange happenings that had been going on lately. Most recently, the borders between worlds have been broken and were slowly being fused together. Robin feared the worst for what was to become of this. 

 

 

 

The Inkling was starting to get annoyed by her "name" when Roxas called it out. "I said I HATE the name! Say it one more time and a fist falls on your head!" She said aggressively. She turned to the 3 who introduced themselves. "Glad you guys aren't in the joke. Think you can come up with better name than THAT?"

~Tails/Shadow/Samus~ "Oh, I know!" Tails snapped. "How about Paynt?" "It doesn't fit her. Why not something more along the lines of 'Typhonhyte, Goddess of Color.'" Samus spoke, once again, surprising everyone. "Hmph. You guys. She's fits the name "Kolora." Shadow answered as well.

The Inkling listened to the names the trio suggested. Samus's name. too long and confusing. But there was one that she seemed to like. "Perfect." She walks to Tails, with her hands on her hips. "Utterly perfect. I couldn't have named myself better." The Ink- (I mean) "Paynt", grinned for the first time ever since she met these guys. "It actually fits me cause..." She holds out her hand and in a mix of orange paint coming from thin air, a gun was in her hand. A paint gun. She then shoots it rapidly at both Sonic and Roxas, covering them in orange paint. "You see."

Toon Link was surprised at what she did and said "Hey Paynt, why did you do that?"

Paynt looked at Toon Link with a grin. "Who called me by my "Worst Name"? They did. That why. I feel better now. Thanks for asking."

~Tails/Shadow/Samus~ "Oh, nice!" Tails exclaimed. "What else can you do?" Shadow and Samus took a step back. Shadow didn't want to get Paint in his fur, and the Varia suit was already high maintenance as it was. Tails took a quick strike through the paint on the ground with his gloved hand.

Roxas yelled and looked down at himself. "You ruined my coat!" He said. "Can't you take a joke?!"

 

Silver approached the group, and started to snicker at Sonic's new 'attire.' "Why are you covered with orange paint?" He asked with a chuckle. "And who's the new girl?"

"Time for a talent show." Paynt shot out orange paint all around her on the ground, even walking back and shooting paint at the same time! Soon the ground had a line paint about 7 feet long, with a small pool of paint at the end. Paynt then took a step back and dived in the paint! She made a few jumps while swimming, revealing her squid form! She swam and swam all the way to the end, with her head and eyes showing up from the small pool of paint, in front of Tails, still in squid form. She jumped up once again to show her squid form fully, landing back in the paint and swimming to surface. "Well, what do you think? Personally, I like my first form better."

"She's an actual squid. Makes SO much sense." Little Mac said.

 

Sonic looked at himself. "Ehh....Not my color."

~Tails~"No way!" He's been exclaiming since they arrived, basically."I want her on MY team!" Shadow commented.

Paynt snickered at Roxas's reaction. She jumped out of the paint and transformed back to her original form. "I ain't the one to be "merciful" to people I don't like." She chuckles.

"Woah...She seems kinda mean." Ash said.

Then the red Door appeared. "That's our cue! Come on guys!" Pit said as he ran to the door. The others followed as well, with Ash, Pikachu, and Paynt in the back.

"Alright! I can't wait!" Ash said with excitement.

"No, she's in MY team!" Roxas protested as he tried to clean himself off. "You can be on my team though Shadow." He entered the red door.

 

"I think orange suits you." Silver commented to Sonic.

~In The Portal of Smash~

"Woah...It's so big in here!" Ash commented. This was nothing like any of his adventures!

"I see you've made some more allies!" The Announcer said. "That's right! Big surprise, isn't it Announcer?" Alex said.

"Now the reason why I summoned you all here now is something very important."

"Huh? Important?" Ash asked. "Like if it's with low importance, I ain't gonna listen." Paynt said.

"Oh, it's VERY important. It's a message....From Mr. Dark."

 

Suddenly, a hologram of Mr. Dark, about the size od a giant, appeared in front of all the heroes. It starts with chuckling.

"Well, well, hello Zeroes. Surprised by my sudden message? I'm sure your expressions show it. Although, I must praise you for lasting this long. But remember....All this is just the very tip of the iceberg. Things will be much more harder and riskier. It might even include the chance of death." His tone was very calm, but dark at the same time. "And you....Roxas....You think you can hide from the darkness forever and disappear in the light......But you have one little flaw in your plan." He paused for a moment.

"Where there is light, there is also your shadow. And shadow will follow you as long as light is shown. Soon you give in and surrender to the darkness. Trust me. Riku did it. So will you. Heh heh heh...Hah hah hah! Farewell Heroes! May your death be enjoyable.....To me." The hologram then disappears. Everyone was in silence.

"That was scary. Is this guy we have to stop?" Ash asked and Link nodded in response. "He said that things will get harder....But we shall be ready for whatever he throws in our path." Robin said.

"If he underestimates us, he's in for a huge surprise." Megaman said with a grin.

"But....Roxas...." Shulk walked to Roxas. "He said that soon you will fall in the darkness. What does he mean by that?"

"And who's Riku?" Ash asked, with Pikachu on his shoulder. "Pika?"

Roxas yelled in anger and tried to throw his keyblades at the hologram, but it only phased through.

"It means nothing..." He muttered, looking down. He began to walk away.

 

Silver looked at Roxas seriously. "Maybe it means he'll turn evil?" He asked.

"Maybe....Or maybe it has something to do with him being....A Nobody." Shulk said.

"A Nobody?" Ash asked.

"Guess Mr. Depressed has a disturbing background sad story." Paynt said. Ash decided to walk over to Roxas, trying to help him out. "Hey...I'm not what all of this means, but I know we can pull through it together! Don't let that guy keep you down. You've got us to stick with you to the end!"

"To the end?!" Roxas suddenly snapped at Ash. "I'm a Nobody! How do I even know if you guys really will watch my back huh?! How do I know you all really ARE my friends? What is friendship supposed to be anyway?! Everyone does things only to benefit themselves and their own agendas. I'm sick and tired of 'friendship' and darkness and light! I'm sick of it all!" He growled and looked to Paynt. "And you shut up!!!"

 

Silver growled and went right over to Roxas. "Leave her alone! Stop whining about your emo feelings and your trust issues. It's really annoying."

 

Roxas suddenly shoved at Silver. "Get out of my face!"

 

"Make me!" Silver retorted with a shove of his own. Suddenly the two began to fight, with Roxas throwing the first punch. They were wrestling on the floor with Roxas attempting to put Silver in a headlock.

"Roxas! Silver! Quit it!" Sonic said. Ash ran towards the two that were fighting and grabbed Roxas to pull him off Silver. "When I say to the end, I MEAN to the end! I risk everything to help my friends! EVERYTHING!!" Ash yelled as he tries to pull Roxas off of Silver!

~Tails/Samus/Shadow~ "Silver! Get off Roxas!" Tails yelled out to the Tumbling Two. Shadow teleported over towards the two, attempting to separate them. "Chaaaooooss...." Shadow started, before Tails interrupted him with a spindash. "Are you crazy? That would only make things worse!"

"Tails is right. We should not interfere." Samus spoke up after a long break of silence.

(Omg I wish Shadow used Chaos Control)

Roxas growled and backed away from Silver. He wiped his lips. "You're lucky Ash is here..." Roxas whispered venomously.

 

Silver quickly stood up and rubbed his neck. "ME? Get off of HIM?!" He asked Tails. "He just tried to choke me!"

Then a yellow door appeared in the background between the recent tussle of Roxas and Silver.

"I think this door is for you....Roxas." The Announcer said.

(Aqua, you can choose from all of the Smash stages where you want to go to cool off. It's your choice)

Roxas crossed his arms. A yellow door? "Fine." Roxas muttered. He went right inside. He appeared on a small island known as Tortimer island.

"This place..." Roxas muttered to himself. "It reminds me of somewhere I've been to before..."

 

Meanwhilee Silver kicked the ground. "Good riddance!"

~Tails~ "Silver, calm down..." Tails started. Shadow walked up and joined the duo. "Yes. You don't want me to kick the back of your head again, do you?" "Just remember what you're trying to do here." Samus spoke again. "Wait, didn't you say something about Time Stones? What about those?"

Portal Of Smash
 
Ash started to walk towards the door, Shulk grabbed his shoulder and shook his head. "He needs to be alone for now. Let him cool off and he'll be back." Shulk said to Ash, who looked worried.
"Now to our next mission...." The announcer said. The giant rectangular screen appeared once again, showing an image of a small, alien like creature. It looked like...A Baby Metroid.
"Does this being seem familiar to you, Samus?"
 
 
Roxas
 
After a while, a woman was watching Roxas from the air. She was sitting on her very own staff. "Feeling flustered, hoody boy?" She said she descended, still sitting on her staff with her arms crossed. Her skin was light blue and her hair was long and white. Her finger nails were purple and her clothing was red.
"Oh where are my manners? You can call me by my name.....Towa." She said, showing a suspicious grin on her face.

Roxas looked up to the girl less than amused. "What do you want?" He snarled. "I'm not flustered. I'm fine so shut up."

Towa simply chuckled. "My, what an attitude you have. No wonder you would come to a place like this to calm your nerves..." She gets up from her staff and grabs it with her hand. "Haven't seen anyone like me before, have you? I mean...Not from your world at least. Right.....Roxy boy?"

Roxas rolled his eyes. "No, I haven't. And my name isn't Roxy- wait!" He stood up and summoned his keyblades. "How do you know me name?!" He pointed his Oathkeeper at Towa.
