Robin appeared on stage at Arena Ferox, he had come to discuss the strange happenings that had been going on lately. Most recently, the borders between worlds have been broken and were slowly being fused together. Robin feared the worst for what was to become of this. 

 

 

 

Announcer: The promise........I believe she went by the name of Xion. Yes.....that promise. To set Kingdom Hearts free....those were one of her final words...Never forget.....

*Link walked over to Roxas and put his hand on Roxas's shoulder. Then, for the first time, he spoke words he never thought he would say.*

Link: I understand. I understand the pain you must feel. I may have not experienced the same events myself, but if that were me to risk my life for someone I truly care about....I would absolutely do the same thing. Like the voice said....to me, you're "Somebody". I'm not sure what he means by setting Kingdom Hearts free, but if you're going to do it for her.....*Link shows his right hand, with the Triforce of Courage glowing.* It's called the Triforce of Courage. It makes me feel brave...I am sure, inside your heart, you have a Triforce of Courage as well.

Announcer: Those are well said words Link....I've never heard you speak before......Roxas, you are called the Key of Destiny for a reason. You have something other Nobodies don't: Emotions and a true Heart.

Roxas looked over to Link, and couldn't help but smile. Unfortunately he didn't remember exactly who Xion was but the Announcer's words gave him a feeling of comfort. He'll remember soon. He believed these words he was told, and now he knows who made the promise. He'll free Kingdom Hearts for Xion. Someone he cared for very much. But for now, he had to stay here and participate in whatever was going on. He had new friends to care for too. Link and Shulk. "Thanks..." He muttered, wiping his eyes. He was alarmed to realize that his eyes were watery. "I'm sick... Am I broken...? I'm leaking..."

Announcer: I have done your request. You are very welcome.......Now is the time to let you know why you are all here....This world is slowly coming to destruction.

Pit: Coming....to destruction?

Prince: What do you mean?

Announcer: A group of Villains have started to appear in the Smash world. They have also started disturbing it. They plan to take over this world and we need you to save it. Because if they succeed, Smash world is connected to other worlds as well, acting as the main core. If something happens to this world, your worlds will be destroyed.

Pit: WHAAAT!?

Prince: No way!

Robin: Is such a thing possible???

*Link was just as surprised. His face showed a serious expression.*

Announcer: Unfortunately, yes. Which is why you heroes must defeat these foes and protect the Smash world. It is very important.

Pit: Well....You can count on me!

Prince: And me as well!

Robin: If it means the fate the of the world, I will do my best!

*Link nods to the mission given. Kirby jumps in excitement.* 

Roxas smiled and nodded. Like the promise he made to Xion, he made a promise to himself to protect his friends no matter what. It was nice having actual friends. Who knows, maybe he'll be able to see Xion and Axel again someday, and they could all eat sea salt ice cream on the tower in Twilight Town just as they did before. It have him something to work for. A purpose other than to just blindly follow an Organization to give them hearts when he didn't even know the true motive behind it. It was now time for him to have his own motives and his own missions; and those would be to help his friends. "Don't worry. We can defeat them with our eyes closed." He chuckled and looked over to Link and Shulk. "Right?"

*Link nodded, grinning at Roxas. Though he did a little sign with his hand as he was like "taking off his hood".

Announcer: Thank you all. Now to get into more detail, this place you stand in is called the Portal of Smash!

Pit: Portal of Smash?

Announcer: Yes. Or the Portal of Doors....or the Portal of Portals.....I could never come up with a name for this place. Ha ha ha ha ha ha! *It seems the Announcer had a sense of humor.*

Tails had no idea where to go from here. Silver was quite the challenge! Tails never really had the chance to do as much action work as his best friend Sonic did.Suddenly, a large strike of lightning."What? There was never any lightning here before!" Tails had thought. Tails glanced over to where the strike had landed, but it was seemingly pointless, he was nearly blinded by the smoke in his area. He glanced over at Silver, hoping he would have some good news. 

"Do you see anything?" He screamed.

~In Windy Hill~
*The smoke from the lighting cleared and showed a gigantic beast in the background. It had a blue diamond in it's chest. Most of its body was blue as well. It was none other than the one only: Dialga, the Pokémon of Time*

~Meanwhile in the Portal of Smash~

Announcer: Now that we have that settled, I need to do one more thing. Shulk! You had experienced some lacking with your Vision of the Future,, correct?

Roxas couldn't help but give a slight nod to Link. It was time for the hood to come off. So that was what he did- he took off his hood to reveal the rest of his face and identity to the rest of the Smashers. For once, he felt free. He felt like his own person... A Somebody.

"I'm ready." He looked over to Shulk with a curious look. He didn't realize Shulk could foresee the future.

 

Silver quickly shook his head and dropped to the grown. He landed on his feet as always. He was very puzzled at the lightning. He didn't do anything to cause that and neither did Tails. "I don't!" Silver said in responce to Tails' question. He couldn't see from the smoke however once it cleared he saw this giant beast. For some reason he almost felt like he had something in common with it. "What is that?! Tails, watch out!"

*Dialga roared with great force, then his tail turned as hard as iron. He then used it to slam the ground!*

~in Green Hill Zone~

*Sonic jumps from the beasts' bite. He attempts to do a homing attack, but the Bulborb opened his mouth and Sonic went in!*

Shadow: Sonic! 

*Dialga then swung its tail toward Silver and Tails! It continued to roar.*

(looks like Yellow Flash dropped out....)

*Shulk was surprised. He never knew the Announcer would know about his Vision.*

Shulk: Y-yes. I have. But how did-

Announcer: Let me fix that.

*Shulk suddenly started to glow a light blue color. Then in moments it dimmed out.*

Announcer: Can you see the future, Shulk?

Did you ask Yellow Flash to make sure?)

(He said that he's in a lot of RPs already and school was in the way, so yeah. Would you mind taking over for Shulk Aqua?)

*Dialga roared with great force, then his tail turned as hard as iron. He then used it to slam the ground!*

~in Green Hill Zone~

*Sonic jumps from the beasts' bite. He attempts to do a homing attack, but the Bulborb opened his mouth and Sonic went in!*

Shadow: Sonic! 

"Shadow, don't worry about me, I got it!" Sonic said. Sonic tried his best to get out of the mouth, and with a final blast, he was able to get out. "See, I told you, now let's see if I can attack it again!" He then ran into the monster, and dealt some damage, and when he was finished, went back to his place. "So are you going to help me, or not?" he asked with a smile.

*But then a voice came from the within the beast*

???: HELP! Is someone there? HELP!!!!!

Shadow: This time, I'll go with you. *he jumps in the beasts' mouth*

"Uh, right," Sonic said. Sonic jumped inside with Shadow, and felt a bit ashamed of himself.

"So what do we do now?" Sonic asked. He looked around at everything, and found it disgusting. He felt as if he was going to throw up, but he kept it in.

Shadow: Hey! Whoever you are! Are in here?
*A short shadow appeared behind both hedgehogs at a far distance. It had a childish, but innocent voice.*
???: Um...are you here to rescue me?
*He came closer and with color. He had a red shirt with a blue number one on it. He was a villager.*

”Yeah, we're here!" Sonic said.

He went closer to the boy, and smiled. "Now can you tell me how you got into this mess, because I really don't like being in here," He told then boy with a chuckle.

Villager: I'm not sure. All I remember is waking up in the middle of no where and then everything went dark!

*the belly rumbled like an earthquake*

Shadow: Come on! Let's end this from the inside and then get out of here!

*Shadow went to the side and started punching and kicking the sides.*

"Yeah!" Sonic did so too. He tried his hardest to break free, but the grumbling had sometimes made him fall.

"Um, do you think we could go out through the mouth?"

Shadow:If you want to do it the easy way....

*Shadow jumps and rolls into a ball and heads toward the mouth*

Shadow: Grab the kid and go!

"Okay!"

"Now don't worry we will be out of here in no time," Sonic said. He grabbed the kid, and headed towards the mouth.

When he reached, he got out, and landed on a firm grass. "Your safe now!"

*Shadow had blasted through the beasts' mouth as well. As he got out, the beast fell and a purple smoke came from it. It was done....*

Shadow: Hmph. Finally.

Villager: Thank you for saving me!

"You're welcome little kid!"

"Now Shadow, what about that fight you want to do it?" Sonic asked. He had forgotten all about the beast.
