This is a little... unnecessary.

I'd personally be insulted if I was on the list. Are you sure you aren't currying favor among the higher ups? Theres alot more you could do with your time than making a list of people whom you like... you might as well just put it on your prfile for those who are interested.

But thats just my opinion.
