Who is the author of the secret reports it seems that its multiple Members of the orginization but how can u tell who i can tell if its Axel or Xion by infering but is that what I have to do for all of them?

Yeah, they're written by various members. You'll be able to tell who's writing what by the style or theme (ie Luxord mentions the word 'gamble' several times in one of his reports), or you can always just check KHwiki or Gamefaqs.
