It was cut from the game. Well, actually if you hack the game, you can probably go there because the models exist for use in the cutscenes.

I'm pretty sure that was the beta version of the game.

That was not the E3 2002 Trailer, that was the Square Preview. It showed footage of the game from the early development stage. The E3 2002 Trailer, was the Menu Trailer from Kingdom Hearts. With slight differences like the text and the weapon Sora was using in the Awakening.

Disney Castle is hackable if you have a cheating device like action replay.

you can see it from the world distance on the gummi ship but you cant actually go there but like Reversal said, if you hack the game or have a action replay then you could probably go there. And also it was probably cut off

Hair color fades due to environmental factors and/or genetics. Seeing as how Sora was stuck in a pod for around a year...

 

And here's an example regarding the topic: remember how at the end of the Jungle Book BBS video showing the rooms found by hackers? At the very end of the video, Key to Truth shows Terra wandering around the Realm of Darkness. The room was created for use in a cutscene, but you couldn't go there during gameplay. Because that room existed, you can hack the game to give you access to it.
