That's right- for those of you who follow Resident Evil it has been revealed Claire will be the primary protagonist in this sequel

The other girl is one of the daughters of the legendary Barry Burton (the man who created the Jill Sandwich joke). Though probably just a rip off of Ellie from The Last of Us she can only use a flashlight (at first anyway) so playing as her should make the game insanely scary as you have to rely on Claire to kill the Zombies

The game features co-op or single player for the story, and will be on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox360, and XboxOne- my hype is real

I would say they should be more creative with their protagonists, but then I remembered Jake...

She looks different.

I can't wait for this game. I love Resident Evil. My first game was 5. Enjoyed it because of the co-op and the characters (Wesker ftw) then I played Revelations for the 3DS. Was an awesome experience. I'm more into the horror-style gameplay than the action-like from 5 and 6 (6 was meh). I never played 2 (am waiting for an HD remake of it) but I know Claire a lot from the other RE games and seen walkthroughs of 2, and all I can say is, Claire's hot the best female protagonist of the series. I'm so excited that she's in this along with Barry's daughter, who I must agree, reminds me of Ellie ALOT, but w/e :P I love how Claire has the most combat related abilities while Moira is more supportive based with herbs and flashlight and etc. I love when games have that kind of gameplay style.

What I'm most excited for is the co-op. So glad they announced it for this, especially if it's campaign rather than a separate mode mostly used for training (Raid Mode from the first Revelations). Can't wait to play with my friends, it's going to be one hell of a ride :D I also have a strong feeling the game's going to be like a strong mixture of The Last of Us and Tomb Raider just with Resident Evil characters and enemies.

2015, COME NOW! D:

She looks different.

That's because this takes place between RE5 and RE6

IT'S ABOUT FREAKING TIME CRAPCOM! Finally. FINALLY! We get to see Clair again after so long. It is good to see what she is up to ever since we last saw her in Code Veronica. I am very happy that we'll get to play as her again. But from the sound of things, it looks like the gameplay will be another RE4 where we have to stick to the stupid, whiny girl and protect her throughout the game. But still, I'm glad to see CLair again. Now all they need to do now is update us on what happened to Rebecca after the events of RE0.

She looks different.

Ikr? Looks like she's seen better day; she looks so tired. /:
