(OKAY GUYS. Just a quick few things I forgot to mention. Please follow this rp so that y'all will know when a post is made, and also if someone doesn't post for a while just let that person know. On with the rp!)"I hope you all amuse me..."Roxas was already up in this fine morning in Asnia. Usually his brother woke up first, however the sounds of his father working always woke Roxas right up. He wanted to see the cool new weapons that were being made. He swung around downstairs, said hi to his mother, and ran right outside to greet his father at the forge. "Hey dad!"The father chuckled, and showed Roxas a rather fancy looking sword. "This here is made out of Orichalcum. Pretty deadly. Why don't you call your brother down to see?"Roxas chuckled, and slipped into the front door. "NERD-""Roxas!" The father scolded."...Ventus! Dad wants you to wake up and come downstairs!" he turned right back around. He expected Ventus to be up anyway... he did after all, put a spider on his pillow. If Roxas had a watch, he would check it. "I give it three seconds." he mused to himself. 

 

Meanwhile, another page in a storybook was currently scrambling to get ready for his own day. This man was Corvo Attano. He was to adopt from an orphanage that day; and unfortunately he had just gotten back from a rather deadly contract he just completed. Escorting a messenger through a dungeon. How bad could it be? He currently was living in an inn, however for legal purposes he bought a little cottage like home next to the inn and some farmer and her magic student son. One of the maids was fixing him up."Corvo, you look like a mess."I know, I know." He ran a hand through his hair. "Look, I gotta go. See you soon.""Corvo!"He turned around. "What?"

The maid sighed. "You have blood on your face." The man sighed and just licked his thumb to wipe the blood off. He just then hurried out the door to go to the orphanage. He didn't want to be late. 

Yu and Naomi were darting around the shop until they got the flowers they thought were the best. 

"My flowers are gonna be the best." Naomi said with a cheeky grin.

"We'll see." Yu replied, grinning back.

"Doesn't look like anyone who works here is around.." Yu said, he was puzzled.

Delsin walked with the family to their room. once they were there, he said, "if you'll excuse me, while you guys settle in, im going to my room to clean up. if you need me, its the third room in on the floor below this one. just come find me." with that, he took his leave.

Back in his room, delsin took the knife off his belt and changed his clothes. they were caked with sweat and dirt. he glanced at his holstered knife on his bedside table. "that's gonna need cleaning." he thought. "you should be proud dad. the knife you gave me is doing noble things, by brave people." he smiled. he things he was doing would make his parents more proud than all the vandalism he had ever done. it felt good.

He walked back up to the family, who were getting accustomed to their new quarters. he knocked and entered the room, and took a seat on one of the chairs. "boys, wait until you hear what miles did. he was amazing back there." he smiled. seeing the smiling boys with their mother was the best feeling delsin had ever felt. he had took part in something wonderful, and made some great friends in the process.

Kirby and his friends walked around the market not too far from the flower shop. He signaled to Skelly for what he wanted as he looked around. Maybe an apple, some cake, or heck, maybe a stew with mushrooms in it. As Kirby looked around, in the corner of his eye, he thought he saw someone wave at him. Puzzled, he turned around only to see two people dash off. He didn't get a good glimpse of them though. Kirby shrugged it off, and kept the basket on his head in balance with both hands.

 

After a bit, he glanced at the flower shop and saw two people walk in. Surprised, he shook Namine's arm and looked towards the shop to show her.

 

"Poyo! Poyo!~" Kirby shouted at the two people, trying to get their attention. He almost dropped the basket doing so.

Kirby and his friends walked around the market not too far from the flower shop. He signaled to Skelly for what he wanted as he looked around. Maybe an apple, some cake, or heck, maybe a stew with mushrooms in it. As Kirby looked around, in the corner of his eye, he thought he saw someone wave at him. ~Link Baxter~ This was just a big day of nothing. He couldn't find out anything from anyone. That first group just ignored him; acted like they couldn't even see him! Link was exhausted from walking around town all day, getting nowhere. He decided it was best to go back home and wait for Miles, maybe he could get him to help. The walk home was more energized than the walk around town. Maybe he was just ready to take a seat for a little while. After he walked in and locked the door, he laid his back against it and slid down to the ground, huffing wearily. He opened his eyes after a short while to discover a note left on the breakfast table. Maybe Miles was out? That would explain why he wasn't greeted at the door. Link pushed himself up and grasped the note.

You probably won't be happy to hear this, but I've decided it was best if I left to live somewhere else.

You and I aren't compatible, and I know that now. It was fun, but things would be better this way. I've found someone who might help me become who I want to be.You're my friend, Link, and I'll always be there if you need me, but for now, I need a break.

Link was enraged, although he didn't even know why he would be. He ran out of the abode in a puff, re energized.~Miles Thompson~ Miles headed back to the Inn as fast as he could. He couldn't wait to get to know his friends better! He rushed up the stairs and into the room where the family was staying. "Now, about that story I promised you..." Miles then began to explain all that he had done to the twins, not leaving out a single detail.((Long Link, short Miles, Sorry for the read)) 

As miles told his story, delsin sat back and listened for a second time. the story was just as awesome the second time, and he was proud of the role he played in it.

(It's decided, I'll be on my laptop 24/7 so I won't miss anything  ) 

 

As Miles told the story, and the mom listening attentively, Ventus cared for his brother. It was a very long day, but he was glad that he met Miles and Delsin. 

Sure, he has other friends, but none of them have ever done something this big for him. 

 

Namine turned to her shop. "Oh no, I forgot to place the "CLOSED" sign!" She ran towards the shop and quickly entered. Since they're already in, she decided to close after they leave.  "I'm so sorry for not attending you!" She walked up to them. "I'm Namine, the owner of the shop, how may I help you?"  

A blonde haired girl quickly ran into the shop past Yu and Naomi.

"Um, we wanted to know your thoughts on what flowers looked better for our mother." Yu said. Yu had bright golden daffodils whereas Naomi had a bright ruby rose. Naomi smiled cutely to the girl.

Namine quickly peeked outside to see Kirby. She smiled, and mouthed 'Please wait.' 

She then gave her full attention to her customers. "Hmm... The Rose is beautiful, and mothers love that. But if you want to give her something special, Daffodils 

would be the best. That's my opinion, of course."  

Yu turned his eyes to Naomi and grinned, she caught him and stood on his foot. Yu expressed pain in his face and held his foot.

"Oooooow! Why'd you do that Naomi." Asked Yu.

"Hmph!" Naomi looked away, folded her arms and pouted.

"Now, there's no need for fighting. You can buy the Daffodils, and you can take the Rose for free, really." she said, smiling to the girl.

Namine wanted them to at least make their mother happy, something Namine never did. 

Meanwhile Corvo was happy that Minato connected with the dog. "Koromaru... It's different but I think it fits too. I was thinking Emily, but Koromaru sounds much better." He went silent for a moment after Minato's next question. He signed softly. It wasn't really the best moment to explain. "I'm not going to lie to you. The line of work I'm in is very dangerous. I'm a mercenary as well as Thane and Alvin. If you don't want to stay because of that, that's fine. I have many enemies so I do not wish for you or myself to get hurt. I wouldn't want to leave you alone in this world like you were before because of this work."

"Oh, you're a mercenary. Interesting. The way you said that made me think you were an assassin, or something like that. Not that being a mercenary isn't dangerous, of course. Thane and Alivn are also mercenaries? Well, that would explain how you know them. I just have one question for you. Are you afraid of death?" Minato asked, then adding, "Because if you are, you really shouldn't be. After my parent's accident, I realized that death comes to us all, and is not something to be feared. And in your line of work, I'd be surprised if you were."

As Miles told the the story, Roxas was rather impressed and slightly upset that he missed out on them. "I wish I saw the look on their faces!" Tails really made him feel much better despite the pain. Next time he wanted to be apart of the action. Maybe he'll be able to get an actual sword instead of his wooden one. "Hey Miles! Next time something goes down and I'm not slugged I wanna be apart of it." He threw his arm around Ventus roughly. "And he could be our plan guy. His code name could be 'NerdKing." He said with a grin. He looked over to Delsin. "And you could be... PaintBoy?"

 

Corvo hummed for a moment. He was happy Minato didn't seem to mind. "Sometimes I have to kill people. Bad people only." He said. The puppy fell asleep in Minato's arm. "As for death... I used to be afraid when I was a merchant. I'm not anymore. I'm glad you're not afraid either. You're strong and that's the type of people who survive." He ruffled Minato's hair.

~Miles Thompson~ "Oo, I've got one! I could be Tails, because I'm always right behind you!" Miles laughed once more. Roxas a pretty cool kid. Miles- No, Tails- was surprised that they hadn't met earlier than last night.~Link Baxter~ Link rampaged through the town desperately searching for his friend. He wanted to change his mind, Miles was too young to move out on his own. He was probably only doing this out of Anger anyways. He looked left and right, checked with his neighbors Mrs. Rosario and Mr. Rogers. No one has heard from him. Link headed for the Market,h oping someone there would have seen him.

Delsin smiled. Roxas was having fun. "Ill just stay delsin if thats okay. Paint boy almost derogatory." He chuckled and smiled. The beam on raxas face made him happy.

Roxas chuckled. He agreed with Tails' codename. "That's perfect! You can be Tails." He crossed his arms at Delsin's decision. He needed a codename. So for a few seconds he thought of some more. "How about infamous? Since you're like famous among the guards for being 'bad."

"Huh. Infamous." He pondered for a second. "How about smoke? Because im so hard to catch." He didnt much like code names, but if it makes the boys happy, he would do anything.

Kirby looked at Namine as she told him to wait. He smiled innocently and nodded at her. He finally got a glimpse of the two folks in the shop. It was the young man from before that Kirby knocked out by mistake. There was a girl with him whom Kirby had never seen before. Very curious to get their names, he did as Namine told him and waited in anticipation, and glanced at Skelly and the Scotsman with a smile.

 

As he did, he mindlessly looked around the market. He then started to wonder how his other friends were doing, and where they were. Hmm...Roxas, Ventus, Miles...

 

"Miles.", Kirby thought. 

 

He thought he saw him in town a while ago, but judging by his own rapid imagination, it probably wasn't. However, Kirby still waited there, thinking about it.

~Miles Thompson~ "So, Smoke, Tails, and NerdKing. What about you, Roxas? Do you have a nickname planned out for yourself?" Miles was excited about this whole code name ordeal. What about a group name? If they continued the work they started today, busting out the wrongfully accused, rescuing innocents, they'd become known everywhere.~Link Baxter~

Link was losing hope on finding Miles before the day ended. He saw a group of people standing around near the flower shop he tried to visit earlier. In this group was a boy with Pink hair. Maybe he knew something. "Excuse me." Link said to the boy, "Have you seen a blonde teen recently? Goes by the name of Miles?"

Naomi was in awe of the blonde haired girl "You really mean it?" Naomi had a wide smile on her face.

"Thank you... Um..." Naomi thanked but didn't know the blonde girl's name.

She smiled. "I'm Namine, nice to meet you." 

 

(Very short post. I'm so sorry.)

"I'm Naomi and this my big brother Yu." Naomi said happily, she held the flower out to Namine as a gesture of kindness.

"Hey there." Yu followed with a wave. 

 

(Sorry for leh short posts, dialogue can only be taken so far then it's impossible to continue.)

Roxas shrugged. He really had no idea what code name he should have. He never really thought about it. With a chuckle, he threw something out there. "How about Key of Destiny? It's so deep. Just kidding!" That sounded really stupid to him. He had no idea where he even got the idea from anyway. "Maybe I dunno, Nobody or Punk? What do you guys think?"

"I like nobody. it just feels right, i dunno. what do you guys think?" he didnt mean any offense by it, it just sounded cool to delsin.

Kirby and his friends waied at the flower shop. Suddenly, someone who seemed to be in dismay approached them. Kirby, still holding the half-filled basket, turned around to the person. He scooted close to Skeleton and Scotsman unconsciously. This mysterious person asked if he had seen Miles. Kirby's eyes popped open a bit at the person.

 

"Miles?...", Kirby said in familiarity to the person, looking at him with his innocent eyes. 

 

How does this person know Miles? Is he a friend? A family member? Then out of sheer curiosity, Kirby uttered the question,

"Do you...know him? U-um, because I think I saw him..." He pointed to a direction towards an inn and other places. 

 

"...over there?..." Kirby wasn't exactly sure. 

 

"W-why? Is he...okay?", he asked in pure shyness, his cheeks dusted with pink. He didn't think he could say this much to someone he didn't even know!
