Yup, perfectly fine.

My browser auto blocks sites with hackers or malware, so assume Kissanime is out of comission for some reason. I was surprised: They're usually safe. I went to see if they had the next episode of Black Butler, and my browser kicks me out with that message, same on Kissasian and Kisscartoon. 

I'll check again tomorrow, but my browser had this stuff put on professionally: it's not a false positive. Keep off those sites, I'd say.
