the way i heard it, Fate tells you about the main war, UBW is about Emiya and Archer, while HF covers the loose ends and Rider.

 

There are also differences between the SN anime and the route so it's nice that you're experiencing it.

These episodes are too short. They could've squeezed all of volume 1 into three episodes

Few questions. Are they releasing any episodes currently? If so, how often do they release episodes? If not, when is volume 3 supposed to release?

they will start vol 3 in july or june. it will air on Thursdays
