seriously, though, I read on some article, maybe in 2014 or so, that Shiro was pissed off about the KH stuff being in English for some reason, so they were cutting out all production of it after the novels, including never completing KH II's manga. 

I'll be damned if I know why: if someone offered to share my work with other parts of the world, I'd be happy.

 

But Yen Press publishes them

 yeah, the novels are ongoing: three for DAYS, three for KH II, three for BBS, including a Vanitas only backstory, and one apiece for Coded and DDD, with some short stories here and there. As for whether or not it's Amano's fault, I don't have a clue.

I have the original copies of Kingdom Hearts 1-4, both Chain of Memories and both Kingdom Hearts II mangas

 

I also have the two Final Mixes, the CoM compendium, all three KHII and four of the Days mangas

 

Basically I have all the mangas except Volume 5 of Days uwu

Volume 2 of the original print was in Volume 1 of the reprint

 

I think the reprint was Volume 1 = Volumes 1-3, Volume 2 = Volumes 4-5, and Volume 3 = Volumes 6-7

I love how the Final Mix of KHI was like an extra five pages at the end of Volume 2

Tokyopop was pretty good before the market crashed. Now all their old books are super pricey, unless you luck into them used. 

Yen press did take over some of the more popular stuff, though, like Alice No Kuni and kingdom Hearts
