You have to choose C, or else your locked out of post game content unless you replay the game again to pick C this time, you can still go back in the menu to play A or B but if you care about the post game at all, do C first

I choose C because in Fate the EMIYA ideology is to save as many people as you can. Thats why the walking dead games shattered my heart.
