Are you trying to tell us that you're on your period?

Pff, no. >.> That's not until another two weeks.

I just noticed that in some RPs, the only speaking parts in one's posts say "....". I just wonder about it. >.>

its called "N00B"... become familiar with it, then promptly report the RP.

I'm on my now..Lucky you Tricia -_-

No one does anymore good RP's that's why I stopped posting there a while ago.

istartedyesterday

Maybe the character is a mute... or the fell asleep on the period button.......... or they're feelin' lazy.........................

Why report it? It's all like one big, long, descriptive paragraph. There would just be that random "..." somewhere in it. >.>

On another matter, what does "..." mean in video games? O.o

Silence... I suppose.

ALSO...

...

But why would you want to say silence? Why can't you just not put anything to begin with? >.>

To add dramatic affect I suppose?

They lack the ability to say that their character did not respond in a descriptive way so they throw in, "..." as the easy way out?

^ Agreed...

"......." is code for I don't know what to say, so I'll just put dots to express my silence.

and what KairiSora said lol

Approval! :'D

I also remember that in a GameInformer, "..." was #1 in the top 10 worst lines. o-e

Well I guess I'll try to defend the ".." It usually is meant to show a character who is either in doubt but is being silent in video games.manga. It also can mean the character is in deep thought. However, in both of these cases, something follows or comes before that explains why an ellipsis (sp?) is in quotation marks. wow, I feel so un smart

Those are the most beautiful dots I've seen in my entire life.

Do you mind if I take a picture?

and, as the others say .. it's just a way of saying that the person's .. well.. silent
