The Sky awakens as The Sun Vanishes(Percy Jackson series)

Posted

Before I introduce the roleplay. I have came back after a year and half of a break. I would say I'm a roleplay veteran because I've been roleplaying on here since around the site first started up so my posts might be lackie a bit, but I do have an interesting story in mind. So join if you like, I will deny at least no one unless your thing doesn't match what I'm looking for. But overall, just have fun and enjoy the little story I have in mind.

( By the way, this contains spoilers for the latest book from The Heroes of Olympus so if you haven't read the final book, beware of the major spoilers. You have been warn so join at your risk)

The mother has been stopped

The seven have answered the call

Now awaits a new era

The sky grows unrest

The sun disappears

Without Prophecy

What is there to guide us?

It has been 10 long years since the seven demigods have defeated Gaea. The Greek and the Romans have been at peace and cooperated with each other. Monsters do stir, but not in big numbers. The demigods pour out and eliminate just any minor threat until recently. The sun has went down earlier then usual and the rises much later then is should. No one knows why, but it becomes cold during the summer and breezy during year round, like the heat from the sun no longer exists. Healing has slowed down and the sky has become unpredictable with the Weather changing as well. The Mortals see it as global warning perhaps but the demigods must find out the real reason. Even when the prophecies have been ceased. A new one is soon to appear.

A choice will be made

The lost one shall calm the storm

Whom who has failed before, must go alone

Regardless, the sky will awaken once more with a tear

The dead will ally with the living to prevail at a dying moment

When it comes down to it, one must make the last breathe

Alright, next we have are the rules:

1: No God-molding( given choice)

2: PG-13. Romance can be added, just keep it a minimum

3: No taking control of the actual characters of the previous series, they will be included, but with minor roles

4: You can have your character's Bio adjust to the prophecy, but I will you give you a heads up if yours will fit the role

5: As stated in rule 4, it can be muitlpe people so don't be mad if your character doesn't have a part it in, every character here will have a role to play regardless.

6: No cursing, some is allow, just don't throw F-bombs and overdo it

7: Last thing and foremost, have fun with this, I hope to have a series with this

Marinus let out a sigh, and turned around to head to Camp Half-Blood. He walked away, as he waved his hand back at her. He slightly smirked to himself quickly before resuming his stern look on his face without anyone knowing. He kept on walking as he he had thoughts in his mind. "The name's Marinus, and for your information, I was actually on my way to Camp Half-Blood before you interrupted me... Perhaps we'll meet again at another time, Severa..." Said Marinus, talking to Severa with a stern and slight playful tone in his voice.

"What on earth was that?" ... "Who is this guy?" ... "Son of Apollo?" Whispers were everywhere. Everyone was talking about it in groups except the one they always forget. Elric looked back and forth between the two 'So this guy is the sun of apollo and the second has something to do with the prophecy... interesting.' He thought before saying "Well for one I'm interested in hearing this one." His tone was slightly arrogant almost as if saying "suck it up" to the other demigods.

"First off what exactly is going on here? Whats this prophecy anyway?" He continued. As only he seemed to have the courage to say anything. Most were in shock or scarred of the appearance. Of all the demigods he was also the first to step forward and sheathe his blade. His eyes however were glaring directly into Talons as if searching for something.

Neku stood there calmly as everyone had their eyes on him and this new camper. Neku stared at the campers that got close to him. The fact he was Roman didn't change either. Secretly, some Greeks hated the Romans but that was kept at a down low due to the alliance and what not. Talon stared at everyone and placed his daggers away and held up his arms.'' I guess I'll meet ya in the big house'' he said as he walked away. Chirion followed as Rachel did. Neku stared as he followed and soon saw a few others follow including Elric, the two assholes he decided to call them, and the hades girl. Soon, they were at the round table. Talon decided to stand as he cleared his throat.'' As ya have noticed, the sun is acting up and so has the weather and the Apollo kids haven't been doing that much either. Well, to tell you guys in short, He has vanished. No one can find him,not even Zeus. Jason Grace and Percy Jackson took a break from their personal lives to find him, but have had no luck.'' Talon explained. Neku held his head. He was the one who said the prophecy. Could he be connected to any of this? Talon breathed in.'' Also, this may sound shocking but it's something the gods feared since Gaea has been put back to sleep. Ouranos  is rising. The Husband of Gaea and the father of the Titans. I fear when Leo Valdez made his sacrifice to kill Gaea, he might have stirred the pieces of him to begin to merge. In short, he's coming and the prophecy is the key to stopping him.''

Romeo freaked out a bit while Thea remained indifferent for a few moments. "Whoa whoa whoa hold the **** up man! You're saying that Ouranos is coming back to life and that we might end up having the world at the verge to end itself, again?!"Romeo asked. He didn't liked the idea. The thought of the father of titans would come up and wreck stuff up in the mortal world...was scary. The human military would not only lose their wits, but the fact that there were only so many demi-gods to go up against it made it quite obvious that they would be outnumbered in terms of power. Plus they were half humans. They weren't going to last long. If it was the father of titans, which in term the grandfather of gods, they had absolutely no chance against him if he were to wake up in its full power. Thea finally spoke and gave her opinion on the matter. "So you're telling me that we will have to use this prophecy in order to stop Ouranos from rising and stop the world from falling into an apocalyptic chaos?"Thea asked as she suddenly slammed her beer bottle against the table, the glass shattering everywhere as she pointed the now broken bottle with sharp edges at Talon. "Sounds like a f*cking adventure! Count me in! I'm dying to break some ****!"Thea yelled. "EH?! Then I want to be part of it too! As the son of the god of thieves and merchants I will be able to be useful for this adventure! Besides...It means I can steal much more stuff than i can here. I already stole everything that I can in this camp. I need a new playground."Romeo said sincerely. The chaos these two demi-gods could cause was great, regardless if they were on the right side.

'So it come to this ... Its not like i have to ... Why ... Why ... Ah man i cant believe i'm doing this.' He thought It was something he wanted to avoid so badly so far his efforts of fading away have given him the peace he wanted but something else was on his mind. His thoughts were as follows 'What if I get hurt? ... Suck it up you're a man. ..But titans are far beyond my ability. So you'we been running your whole life stand up for one bloody moment. It doesn't matter now anyway ... Do you really think that? ... ... Then you are no son of Boreas.' That's where he stopped thinking and simply said:

"I may not be of any use but I wont get in the way. As a demigod it's my obligation to join in on this." Tho his tone was uncertain he clearly knew what he was getting in to.

"Before we begin ... What or who exactly is the sky father supposed to be? What tear are we talking about here?" He paused for a moment.

"Well at least we know who the lost one is I think." His eyes turned to Neku.

Chelsea sat in silence. She had not much to say. The whole situation seemed kind of... odd. Off. She had yet to trust this man. Why should she? She had no reason to. He did put off that disturbing aura though... ancient. "Why do you know this? And why should we trust you?" She questioned Talon.

Severa didn't answer Marinus. She petted the two metal dogs on the head, and pulled out a small coin. First she flipped her pilum into the air, and caught it as a die, then flipped the coin onto the ground, where it created a portal just large enough for her to walk through. She walked through, then whistled for Aurum and Argentum to follow. When her two pets followed, the portal closed.
