It's been 15 years since the Kishin had been defeated & now Death the Kid is in charge of DWMA. Maka & the others have gone on their own paths & Death City has been peaceful so far. Until strange things started happening to those living in Death City, people have gone missing & clowns have been showing up within Death City attacking people & stealing their souls. Death the Kid as looked into this & he felt a strange soul wavelength that feels even worse than the kishins madness. Not only that but Death the Kid found out that there are more inventions made by Eibon that haven't been found yet & that a witch that looks like medusa as been seen within Death City. So he made a deal with the witches getting their help investigate this. Not only did Death the Kid get the help of the witches but also got some students from DWMA that he feels can help with this mission. Will you be able to help save the people of Death City & the world, or will you betray it all for the power to rule with Eibon's inventions or will you simply lose yourself in the power of madness, it's up to you.

 

A new type of soul resonance has been learn by all meister's & weapon's too, it's called 'MW resonance' & it allows both the meister & weapon to resonate their souls together giving them a boost just like soul resonance but it lets the weapon's gain their death weapon powers & lets the meister's gain their super ability but meister's & weapon's risk slipping into madness much easier. Betrayal can happen & you might even be given Black Blood by this new witch too.

Weapon(s) / Techniques / Magic spells: Since she's a meinster ,she'll be pairing with a weapon.For now,she has a shiv made out of broken glass shards combined with a popsicle and a band-aid as a handle.

Normal Ability: Pulse Fire-attacks formed in blue flames.Can cause burns,distortions and while wielding a weapon it boosts its' strength and damage.

Super Ability: Pulse Shock-Using this ability causes her soul take manifestation as her physical appearance(her silhouette made out of blue electricity) instead of her original one.This increases her agility and just like real electricity she can fast travel from point A to B thought metal surfaces.She can also do electricity attacks.However she can use this only for a limited time,not too frequently and leaves her drained for a while.

History:Her original parents(meinsters too) lived in Death Vegas until they died by unknown causes when she was very young.She was adopted by her mother's friend and unfulfilled love Totto Petrarcka who moved away from Death Vegas to Tokyo to live a normal life.That's the reason why Shelby doesn't know anything about the original town she lived in,let alone about its lore.However,her step-father taught her a lot about fighting like martial arts and usage of weaponry.Life went by well until Totto ,even thought a witch type ,passed away.Shelby was forced to go and live in a new family in Nevada...but not for too long.In a middle of a camping trip with her "beloved" schoolmates,they were attacked by a creature unknown to them...which dragged Shelby back into the city or more precisely its' sewers...

Personality:A quiet individual,appears cold and well-mannered person.However she's selfless and cares about the people around her,well the ones she doesn't oppose threat to her.She's intelligent,a realist and short-tempered but she has a sensitive side which she doesn't want to admit she owns.

That's a good idea to enter with, but if so, I'd enter in your normal state.

Well now that Nadia has black blood if you try to soul resonance with her your more likely to MW resonance instead, causing you to both to enter a state of madness. Your character might transform into your madness form more often now, not all the time though cause that's just stupid & it'll be harder for you to escape it, as Nadia's black blood is causing you to dive deeper into the madness. A weapons state of madness would just be them going crazy & attacking everyone they know, but if their in weapon form being used by their meister then they would be inside the meisters mind of madness with them, K   But not to worry my friends, a Eibon invention can help fix this (so to speak), all ya gotta do is find & get it haha, which invention could it be hmm....

History: Just like any typical witch, Luna loved causing havoc and destruction in cities and towns. Together with Boo, they lived many years together in what they imagined was paradise. However when demon weapons were made, they were forced to live low to avoid getting hunted by a meister and a weapon. Finally with the unleash of the Keshin and the alliance between the humans and witches, Luna couldn't help but feel angry toward the humans since she wasn't allowed to cause destruction anymore. Now recieving a mission from Lord Death, she is forced to complete it as a payment for causing wreckage in the past.

Personality: Luna hates all humans and tries to avoid them at all cost. They can easily set off her temper and she is not afraid to use her spells to shut them up. With witches however she is completely fine with. Socailizing with another fellow witch, Luna loves to talk about Boo and is quite talkative.
