Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy - Something about SE...

Posted

After some research and discoveries, Nomura had and still has many plans in stored for Kingdom Hearts.

Did you know that Dissidia was gonna be a Kingdom Hearts spin-off and NOT a Final Fantasy one?

Also, did you notice thatby the fact that FF13 was weak in terms of some of its characters and story, Kingdom Hearts got better? By that time BBS released and isn't BBS one of the BEST Kingdom Hearts out there?

I used to feel that KH was just a simple project developed by Square Enix, but now... it seems that Square is really working hard on this franchise.

Also, KH is one story, unliek FF where every single game is a different story with some little references from past games.

Kingdom Heart's gameplay is more enjyoable.

etc...

What do you think?

If Maleficent did it, then she doesn't need Terra. The fact is Terra wasn't capable of doing it, it was jsut an act to sow seeds of doubt in him

She did need Terra for the keyblade alone. Without it, Aurora's heart wouldn't budge.

If she needed Terra, then how was she able to get the other hearts?

and she met Xehanort, so she already had access to his keyblade

Riku helped her capture the other princesses. He didn't have his keyblade throughout the story, but he did towards the end, thus opening the keyhole to Hollow Bastion.

Maleficent never had "access" to Xehanort's keyblade. He had Maleficent gather the princesses for him.

uh... no? Riku got the Keyblade to People's hearts after Maleficent had extracted all of the hearts, and she msot certainly had collected hearts BEFORE Riku entered the picture.

It's not like we haven't seen her able to manipulate hearts, she does it during Ventus' story

no keyblade needed

Uh...yeah. Without Riku, she would have no princesses' hearts to extract at all. I.e: Riku captured Jasmine during the Jafar battle.

She can manipulate hearts as long as there is a sufficient amount of darkness within it.

She manipulated Aurora's heart. There's definitely no darkness in that

and Riku captured Jasmine. But all the princesses BEFORE that were already caught by Maleficent

No that it matters, since Maleficent used their hearts to try to open the Heart of Hollow Bastion well before Riku got a keyblade

Considering the massive drop in quality with Final Fantasy over time, KH should definitely not go on without an ending. They should end it before it ends up being a quick cash grab like the FF games have become lately.

Final Fantasy has its ups and downs... Yeah the last three games were pretty bad, but so what? It still went on since 1987 having good games like FFVII, FFIX, FFX. FFXII

I haven't enjoyed a Final Fantasy game since IX, and even then those first few games were on and off (VIII was painful to play).

FFX is an amazing game! I've also been playing FFIX (on the third disc) and i really like both, but FFX was really good too. I sometimes can't handle the active time battle of IX, getting confused and not knowing when the enemies turn is. I felt I could organize and plan better in X when I know the turn cycle.

Old news.

I noticed no correlation.

That's why they took over 11 years to make the next game. In reality Disney hates the franchise and Square Enix doesn't give a firetruck.
