We’ve been waiting for the news and now GameStop has finallyannounced it – certain stores will be holding midnight launches forSuper Smash Bros on Wii U. The US retailer has stated that it will have demo kiosks for Super Smash Bros up and running this Friday so gamers can check out the game if they’re on the fence. The demo events will run from 6 PM to 9 PM. You can check to see if you local store will be holding a midnight launch for the game, right here.

Hopefully my GameStop store will have a midnight launch so I can pick up both Smash bros Wii U and Pokemon OR/AS and play them earlier.

I'll probably ignore my Pokemon for Smash most of that weekend, myself though. I haven't preordered OR yet, but I will be next week, considering a bunch of trade-ins this week paid off all of my stuff for Smash.

I hope your friend enjoys them. Game Grumps is surprisingly playing through it and...well...the game is nowhere near a finished product.

I don't have any untouched games and I like keeping my old games and besides, the trade in value in my area is terrible,I'd probably have to give my entire gaming collection to buy one game.

I'd be surprised if they didn't. EB Games here does a midnight launch for nearly everything.
