Yeah... and no one broke the rules near my town... :( Well... to wait like everyone else... xD

The funniest thing about this is that this particular leaker wants Nintendo's attention (wants them to pay more attention to Latin America... I share that sentiment regarding Australia), so he doesn't care much if some snitch from Bulbapedia or whatever tries to report him.

Only pics would be taken down and most likely stores that broke the Street Date won't be dealt with again since it also happened with X&Y

But hey those are few hopefully so I don't think any big measures would be taken

Welp... we in MExico (Or Latin America in this case) are far away from Nintendo´s Jurisdiction.

- Two weeks later -

Iwata: We announce a new Nintendo Latin America in order to reach that market. LAws included.

We are doomed. xD

There was massive uproar when some smaller shops (in Canada and Italy, I think) broke street date on X/Y over a week early; as far as I can recall, Nintendo forced at least one of the buyers to return the game or risk getting sued after Bulbapedia ratted them out (and the shops that sold them were sued into oblivion). So... not entirely without precedent.
