Everyone has their hopes and fears for how KH3 is going to end.

But here is an ending that i wish would happen in the story.

I think that Sora should go on a path similar to Anakin Skywalker in Episode III, where he succumbs to the dark side and the last boss battle will be a dramatic fight scene between Sora and Riku, emulating their first fight scene.

And he would be the antagonist in the next story-arc

I think there's been enough Star Wars influence in the series, with Terra's situation and all.

Peace!

Well nort gets defeated then a Clift hanger that shows the new villain of the next saga. And Maybe a teaser? Hm idk really

I am not sure how Sora succumbing to the darkness part is gonna build up .

I personally don't believe anything like that would ever happen. Would I like to see the series go that route? Psh, yeah. From the very beginning, they've been following a pretty narrow road in terms of character growth. Sora has always been the steadfast and innocent hero that everyone can look to and find hope in (a trait that's becoming increasingly popular in modern protagonists) and Nomura seems keen on building that up as his strongest feature. Having him turn his back on all of that and become completely corrupt doesn't just go against his character, it goes against everything he represents and has been built up as.

While I think this would be a nice twist and make for an even darker ending due to what Sora means to everyone in the Kingdom Heart series, Nomura doesn't have the incentive to go down a path like that this late in the series. If you want a redemption story, you're probably going to have to look somewhere else. I mean, hey, that's what Riku's for.

Nah, the idea of Naturo Vs Sasuke is getting old now. Besides, Sora had his moment as a character who was ALMOST about to join the bad side in KH3D and I think that's enough. Besides, it's enough that we already have a hero in the bad side.

I don't want to sound rude.... but hell no, that's not going to be. That's not a very good ending to Kingdom Hearts 3.

The saga needs to end off on a lighter note. Nomura will probably try to tie everything together, and throwing something like that in at the very end of the saga would feel really out of place.

You forgot to mention that at some point his character went to a different Route during RECOM if it wasn't for Namine whom confessed her actions to him. He has potential, in fact he was a canidate during DDD until Riku and Lea rescued him.
