You point over to some drink on the wall, and the Bartender walks over to it. To your left and right, people armed in swords, axes, spears, crossbows, and the like sitting next to some men and women set up with guns, pistols, shot guns, rifles, you name it, someone had at least one on them in there. The bartender returns, leaving a drink and a sheet. "Cherrywood identification sheet.". It was obvious that this far liked to know whom it's patrons were...

((Now, since that is out of the way, explication time.

First, the title of the RP uses the old Greek alphabet symbols that when translated to direct English spell "Alternative", however, I doubt that it actually makes any sort of sense in the old Greek language. I just liked the idea of using them, considering a plotpoint I wanted to include.

 

Next, his RP centers around a world, much like ours. The main differences are that more midevil weapons are still considered very effective, so thus they are still used, and there are mystical monsters and other forms of humans other than the traditional human type we know of. The idea is to generally play as yourself in that kind of world in a body closer to what you see yourself looking like there, but this isn't necessary. OC creation is open and variable to whatever you so wish.

 

Now for a little taste of the story.

 

The story centers around multiple "Guilds" of sorts, although they're more like raid teams. Their team name corresponds to the averaged skill level in the exit exams of their training courses based off of their combat typing in French and skill level overall in the Greek Alphabet, Alpha and Omega being tops and Rho and Sigma at the lowest, or weakest overall strength(I will post a full graph of powers later) , as everyone is trained in combating murderous monsters. Our story will follow the "Guild" ρ(pronounced Rho) Joueur as they face off against the mightiest beasts and deadliest Guilds who plot something that not even the leaders of the world itself could stop, normally.

This is my story, and your adding to it is not part of it. No trying to add your own plot points in. At least, not without clearing them with me first. I don't want plot derailment.

Combat will be set to Fantasy Style. Meaning, the typical things that appear in fantasy combat can come up and improbable moves are far more possible. I have not decided on magic yet, but I'm leaning more towards no at this time.

You can have as extravagant a weapon as you choose, so long as it's no OP.

I would say that Neko has a tolerance for cats, since she is part one, so her or Silver won't really cause much of a reaction. But being in contact with a real cat would set things off as she's dealing with something that she is 100% allergic to.

Well, I am probably faster. I am smaller and lighter so that gives me the upper hand in terms of agility and acrobatics. Also, considering that this is an alternative world, and I'm a pretty quick runner in the real world, that gives me an additional bonus.

 

Or, if we were going to go in terms of Smash Bros, Lucina(my main) is faster than Shulk is.

Well, of course, I'm going to be in my own RP. Thus making the fact I will be 6"1-2ish will kind of still break that.

BIG UPDATE: I've decided a very light, watered-down form of magic will be allowed. This will pertain to more mystical abilities over things like elemental control or alchemy, such as being able to transform one's self to an alternate form to increase the person's strengths or change their abilities. If you so choose to use elemental control or alchemy-like magics, be forewarned, they will be watered down quite a bit. Thanks!

Name: Never Gets Better, or as many refer to him, NeverBetter. Actual name unknown

Age: 17

Race: Typical human, in a sense.

Weapons permitted on your person: Assortments of knives, daggers, throwing stars, Kunai, the like. If you were looking for a mobile armory, that's the man you looked for. He had chemical-laced weapons, poison tipped weapons, iron to titanium, he had it all in terms of bladed gear. It weighs him down heavily, especially with his heavy metal coat. a long, loose fitting fabric metal trench coat layered in multiple kinds of metal, including Lead, titanium, steel, ect. He also carries a small pistol, but he is a poor shot. Finally, his main weapons are three individual swords, one carved from the bone of some creature from the deepest depths, its bone held incredibly-strong metals inside of it, and was melted down and forged from the carved away bone. Next, a long, thin, silver and blue rapier with a black whirlwind-like guard having a few crystals embed into it, and a claymore with no special attributes, save a shorter handle. NeverBetter wielded it one-handed. These were strapped to his back at all times.

A brief description of your appearance:  About 6"2, slightly hefty, but not by much, he has black hair and eyes, however his eyes have an odd blue tint to them at all times. His skin is lightly tanned, and his hair is in thin, multiple small locks that hang from his head(Kind of think your traditional bed head in anime, only the downward spikes are a lot thinner and looks better kept). He wears a large black trench coat with silver embellishments and a three, circle raised design on his chest, acting as the straps holding his swords onto him. He wears black, red, and dark grey combat boots and matching gloves on his hands, as well as a set of sunglasses which raise or lower the tint as need be.

He is the physical attacker of the group. Unnaturally strong and talented with his combos and strikes, as well as a good judge of a person's level of combat skill. Generally the strategist and absolute tank. He hits very hard, but he's heavier, making him slower. but one good strike, and an enemy is down. Dare say he is the highest physical attacker of the group, in terms of strength alone. Good at knowing the next move of an opponent and improvising. He has minor power boosters that affect his speed, making him faster but weaker, or stronger but even slower. If he takes off his coat, he becomes decently fast, but looses a bit of power behind his hits and can't take as many hits.

 

He doesn't remember much of his past, and he chooses not to. Even forgoing his original name and forgetting about it, taking up the name "Never Gets Better" After someone sarcastically called him the "Best there will ever be" And deciding to roll with it. Sweets can be his wolf's bane, and has a deep-seeded love of pastas, garlic, and root beer foe which he has no idea why.

Race: Human. 

Weapons permitted on your person: A large sword slung across his back, about as wide as his arm, Fairly standard, as well as a short dagger strapped to his right hip.

A brief description of your appearance: Tall. He has brown hair that hangs in his eyes most of the time, covering their jade green color. He's very muscular.

Any extra information you feel we must know: Kevin dosent have any special abilities out of the ordinary other than being a quite adept sword fighter. his light build made it difficult for him to lift a sword as a child, so he trained hard in order to achieve his dream of joining a guild. Hes become pretty strong, making him a strong contender in any battle, but he's lacking in speed.
