The ninja battles continue! 

 

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 has been officially announced, and it looks like it's going to cover the last section of the Naruto story, as referenced by the images of Naruto and Sasuke in their Six Paths modes. Not only that, but Naruto's look from "The Last" is on the scan too, saying that he'll be in the game, which is pretty much confirmation that "The Last" will probably be a crucial part of the story mode as well. There is also confirmation that a demo will be playable by the time that Jump Festa 2015 comes around. This is all the information present.

 

So yeah: Ninja Storm on current-generation consoles... I'dbelyingifIsaidIwasn'tthetiniestbithyped.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that. I like the sound of team battles in this one, reminds me of Clash of Ninja Revolution's team battles. Kinda funny that the PS/Xbox games are just now starting to catch up to the Wii games with these features.

We don't even know the actual FPS counter for the game yet. For all we know, this might actually be the real-time frame rate for the game.

Some changes have also been announced for the game, such as combining the Ultimate Jutsu, Awakening, and Drive playstyles from Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution so characters can use both Ultimate Jutsu and Awakening in battle, and adjustments to counterattacks and Guard Breaking for a more fair, competitive experience. New faces from The Last: Naruto the Movie were also shown off, including Naruto, Sasuke, and Hanabi Hyuga.

Oh, goood. Glad they put these features back.

I hated how Revolution played. Totally destroyed character individuality, concerning how Ultimate Jutsus and Awakenings were pulled off.

How did it destroy individuality when every character still had their own moveset regardless of using UJ or Awakening Style?

So now that Rin is playable, it's pretty much fair game for any other character that hasn't been playable in a Storm game. Kurenai, Anko, the Sound Four, Team Dosu, Chiriku, Pakura, Gari, etc.

 

... Except the Seven Swordsmen and Gin/Kinkau, because seriously, who cares about them? lol

I guess my whole prediction combo was just broken, but I really don't care because, hey, it's my favorite character in the series during one of the most pivotal moments in his development. I can't wait to try this guy out.
