I can't unlock the secret episode on standard I've done the final episode and got all of the reports

You have to complete all three Journals 100% for all three characters on Standard

On Proud you just have to finish the Sticker Alum for each character, and for Critical you just have to beat the Final Episode

I just had this problem myself. I personally found it a pain in the ass to complete the Reports in Standard. Playing through Proud Mode and rounding up the stickers is much easier.

Yeah, this is a major problem that really sucks. You're much better off just playing through on Proud.

Yeh I knew that oh I meant or typo.

Now it is worth playing proud then standard wasn't going for critical anyway.

I might just do Critical Mode

It's probably the easiest Critical Mode, you have a lot more health than in, say, KH2. Besides that it's just less damage from you and more damage from them, provided you're a proper level it's nothing crazy

Yeah Kh2 critical mode is fun
