Yup. It's been nearly a month since the deadline and it still hasn't arrived. I've complained more then 5 times since then, no answer so far. Amazon is ignoring me nad refuses to do anything about my delivery, which was meant to arrive at 9th of December.

 

I have mo idea what to do. If checking the site, complaining or searching for its package doesn't help... then what?!

Go to the management and ask them about it. If they continue to do nothing, go to the nearest Walmart or Gamestop and buy it.

Did you try to contact the courier? This is not unheard of but not common.

I don't know the legalities but I'm pretty sure you can get your money back if they did not give you the item you successfully purchased... Amazon is huge.
